StarHub Cable TV Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion is open to new StarHub CableTV residential customers 60 years and above.
2. The promotion is also applicable for recontract of StarHub CableTV except recontract on Value Pack.
3. Subscription to minimum 3 Basic Groups is required before customer can add on any of the above-mentioned channels.
4. Customers are entitled to choose more than 1 offer from the prescribed list as stated above.
5. The promotion is not applicable to customers who have already subscribed to the above-mentioned channels and customers must not have an outstanding bill due to StarHub.
6. Minimum 3 continuous months of subscription to the selected channel is required.
7. Billing and promotional discount will take effect from channel/service activation date.
8. Promotional discount will be credited into customer's account on a monthly basis for the first 3 months. Customers will automatically be billed full rate at the end of promotion, unless otherwise advise by the customers.
9. Promotional discount is:
1. non-exchangeable for cash or benefit-in-kind;
2. neither refundable nor transferable; and
3. cannot be used to offset any outstanding balance and/or previous month's subscription.
10. Unconsumed portion of the discount credit will be forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any benefit-in-kind and is non-transferable.
11. In the event should the service be suspended, the promotional discount will not be given during the suspension period.
12. Promotion is not applicable to Commercial customers, Bulk Tier customers and StarHub employees on StarHub Employee Plan.
13. Promotion is not applicable with other in-house promotions, special packages and external offers unless specified by StarHub.
14. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to participate in this promotion is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. StarHub TV is part of StarHub CableTV Services. The use of such services is also subject to StarHub's Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services which can be viewed at StarHub's website www.starhub.com
15. StarHub reserves the right to revise any of these terms and conditions (including pricing plans) at its discretion without prior notice. Use of StarHub CableTV Services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the amendments thereof.
