Terms and Conditions
- The lucky draw will be based on all HomeConnect usage from Singapore and from Overseas: Option 1 IDD 008, Option 2 IDD 018, Option 3 Special Promotion and local calls from Singapore and for calls from Overseas to Singapore.
- HomeConnect card with usage as described in point 1 with minimum $10 usage from date of card activation * with at least a call made in January 2012 will be eligible for the lucky draw of $88 credits. 8 winners will be drawn.
HomeConnect card with usage as described in point 1 with minimum $5 usage from date of card activation * with at least a call made in January 2012 will be eligible for the lucky draw of $8 credits. 23 winners will be drawn.
*To activate new and unutilised HomeConnect cards while in Singapore, dial 1884 or 6820 1884 and enter 14 digit card number. To activate while overseas, dial the country access number followed by 14 digit card number.
- The draw will be conducted on 3 February 2012.
- The Credits won will be credited into the winning HomeConnect cards on 3 February 2012.
- Credits won is applicable to active HomeConnect cards. Expired cards will not be eligible for the Credits.
- Winners of the Credits will be notified by a voice announcement once the customer key in the HomeConnect card number for the first time after 3 February 2012: “Congratulations. You have won Eighty-Eight dollars” in 6 languages: English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, Bengali or Tagalog. This announcement will be played once. For subsequent calls, customer will hear the bonus dollars as part of their balance in their HomeConnect card.
- The voice announcement will play the last Credits won, in the event that a HomeConnect card won multiple Credits and no calls are made from the bonus dollars credited date.
- Winners of the Credits will be published with HomeConnect card numbers with first 6 digits and last 5 digits. (for marketing’s consideration to include in existing HomeConnect talktime mins flyers)
- Credits are not exchangeable for cash.
- StarHub’s decision on matters relating to the winners of the Credits is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
- StarHub may amend terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
