StarHub Mobile

1. Advertised phone offers are valid till as stipulated by StarHub or while stocks last.
2. Phone packages, offers and service plans are accurate at the time of printing and are subject to change.
3. Advertised phone packages are valid with the stated mobile service plans with 24 months contract or 12 months contract.
4. An additional $100 applies for PowerValue 80 sign-ups.

7. Early handset upgrade is available for customers with 24-month handset contract(s).An additional charge of $200 – $300 applies for existing contract between the 13th to the 20th month.
8. All outstanding balance(s) of customer's account(s) with StarHub and/or affiliates must be paid in full prior to sign-up.

Connecting Tones

1. FREE Connecting Tones is only applicable to StarHub mobile postpaid new and recontract customer with the age above 60 years old.
2. Customer can enjoy up till 10 Free Connecting Tones from the pre-selected list for the first 6 month.
3. Monthly subscription of $2.14 will applies after the first 6 month. Connecting Tones are renewable and valid for one calendar month. 5 days before the first of each month, subscribers will receive a renewal SMS and have the choice to:
   1. retain the same Connecting Tones, or
   2. delete, and/or
   3. purchase new Connecting Tones

StarHub Mobile MaxMobile Premium

1. Promotion is open to New/Recontract StarHub Mobile Postpaid customers 60 years and above. (Proof of original NRIC required).
2. Limited to 1 Mobile line per NRIC.
3. NO VAS contractual period is required.
4. The 100% discount off the monthly subscription is valid for 12 months. Thereafter, prevailing rate of $19.90 per month apply.
5. StarHub Mobile postpaid customers can change their data plan subscription if their accounts are not suspended, blacklisted or with outstanding balances.
6. StarHub’s Hub Club discount shall not be used in conjunction with any discount, promotional offer or similar scheme as set out herein, unless otherwise permitted by StarHub in its absolute discretion.
7. Any change in data plans may result in a temporary disruption of service and/or loss of data and StarHub shall not be liable for any liability arising from or in connection with such service disruption or loss of data.
8. The maximum cap for charges at $36.38 per month for MaxMobile Premium data plans includes the monthly charges and applies only to local data traffic. The customer will be charged at the prevailing rates for data traffic used outside of Singapore.
9. StarHub reserves the right to terminate any MaxMobile promotion at any time without further notice. No customer will be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such termination.
10. StarHub’s determination shall be final in any dispute concerning the MaxMobile promotion between StarHub and the customer.
11. StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications services and Specific Terms & Conditions for Mobile and Mobile Data Services at www.starhub.com will apply to this promotion. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between any provision of the Service Specific Terms & Conditions and any provision of the General Terms & Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency will be resolved in a manner most favourable to StarHub. However, if such conflict or inconsistency cannot be so resolved, the provisions of the Service Specific Terms & Conditions will prevail over the provisions of these General Terms & Conditions. 
12. StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions (including pricing) at its discretion without prior notice. Use of StarHub services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the amendments thereof.

HappyTalk

1. Applicable to all StarHub Mobile customers with an active postpaid plan except PowerNow and PowerChat plans.
2. To enjoy additional 300 local outgoing minutes, customers will need to opt in for one of the three HappyTalk value-added services: MyCircle, MyTime or MyZone. The additional 300 minutes is given on monthly basis and based on your bill cycle usage period.
3. All three HappyTalk value-added services are mutually exclusive and additional talk-time will only be utilized after customers’ price plan bundled local minutes.
4. Customers can call 1633 or SMS the respective keywords to sign up.
5. A one-time charge of $10.70 will apply when customers sign up for HappyTalk.
6. Once customer has selected her/his HappyTalk value-added service, s/he can change to any one of the other two value-added services any time and a one-time charge of $10.70 for each change will apply.
7. MyCircle entitles customers a total of three nominated StarHub Mobile numbers which they can call using the additional talk-time.
8. Customers will also get additional 500 local SMS/MMS (inclusive of 300 local SMS/MMS for promotional period till 31 March 2011), which they can use to send to these nominated three MyCircle numbers.
9. Additional 500 local SMS/MMS will be utilized after customers’ price plan bundled local SMS/MMS.
10. The three nominated numbers can be any StarHub fixed, mobile postpaid or prepaid number.
11. To sign up for MyCircle via SMS, text MyCircle Add 8-digit number to 6773.
12. For each change of any of the three nominated MyCircle numbers, a one-time charge of $1.07/number will apply.
