Terms and Conditions

  1. To subscribe to any of our mobile service plans, you will incur a one-time registration fee/SIM card charge of $37.45.
  2. Outgoing call charges for excess minutes are at 16.05¢ per minute and excess SMS are at 5.35¢ per SMS.
  3. Free Incoming Calls: Applicable to calls received in Singapore only, valid till 31 December 2009.
  4. Free IDD 018:
    • Applicable to IDD 018 calls originating from selected StarHub Mobile Postpaid or GREEN Prepaid service in Singapore to a mobile phone or residential line in Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA (states in USA only, including Alaska and Hawaii). Promotion ends 31 December 2009.
    • Free IDD 018 to China, Hong Kong and USA is valid till 31 December 2009, the monthly subscription charge of $5.35 will be waived till 31 December 2009.
  5. 5.35¢ per MMS promotion: Applicable to all new and existing StarHub Mobile Postpaid customers excluding i-mode customers. The promotional rate of 5.35¢ per MMS sent is only applicable for Local MMS sent within Singapore and does not apply to Global MMS. Promotion is valid till 31 December 2009.
  6. Free SMS to Free MMS/Video MMS Conversion: Based on promotional rate of 5.35¢ per MMS sent per MMS sent. Promotion is valid till 31 December 2009.
