Home Hubbing Pack – StarHub TV + FREE Fibre-ready Wireless Home Gateway + MaxInfinity + Digital Voice + FREE 6 months Basic Upsize Groups + FREE 3 months Basic HD Upsize

  1. Promotion is applicable to new and existing MaxInfinity/MaxOnline and/or StarHub CableTV customers without outstanding payment and not on any promotion contract.
  2. Promotion is valid till such date as determined by StarHub.
  3. This Promotion is only applicable to residential properties which are fibre-ready, certified and which have a Termination Point within the property.
  4. An early termination charge will be imposed for any early termination during the said 24 months as set out below (“the Promotion Early Termination Charge”). This Promotion Early Termination Charge is also applicable in the event of any plan upgrade/ downgrade/ change of promotion or move from Cable to Fibre plans or vice versa.

  1. In addition to the Promotion Early Termination Charge, another early termination charge will also apply if the termination occurs within the first 12 months of subscription (“the Service Early Termination Charge”).  The Service Early Termination Charge for MaxInfinity will be calculated by pro-rating the amount of $385.20 on a per day basis for the unfulfilled remainder of the aforesaid 12-month period.
  2. The MaxInfinity, StarHub CableTV and Digital Voice subscriptions must be registered under the same NRIC/FIN, service address and account number.
  3. MaxInfinity activation fee of $32.10 is chargeable for the activation of each new MaxInfinity access plan.
  4. Customers who wish to terminate the MaxInfinity service shall inform StarHub 30 days in advance of termination. A disconnection fee of $32.10 is chargeable for the disconnection of each MaxInfinity access plan. 
  5. An Optical Network Terminal is required for the operation of the MaxInfinity service. The Customer shall be required to lease an Optical Network Terminal from StarHub or the relevant service provider.
  6. Customer shall arrange for the installation of the Fibre-ready Wireless SmartHub to be carried out within 14 days from the date of signing up under this Promotion.
  7. The installation service for the Fibre-ready Wireless SmartHub is available and chargeable at $53.50 per computer connection. This installation service is limited to the installation of Fibre-ready Wireless SmartHub only.
  8. The MaxInfinity subscription commences on the date that the Fibre-ready Wireless SmartHub is delivered and installed at Customer’s premises.
  9. Digital Voice activation fee of $42.80 is chargeable for New Digital Voice customers, unless otherwise stated.
  10. Service activation fee of $32.10 for StarHub CableTV is waived.
  11. The StarHub CableTV service will remain active in the event that the MaxInfinity service is terminated.
  12. The StarHub CableTV discount is limited to $25.68 per month and will be credited to the customer’s account monthly for 24 continuous months. Thereafter, normal billing resumes.
  13. Last day of installation is within 14 days from the date of sign-up.
  14. There is no extension of the discounted subscription if the StarHub CableTV service is suspended during the 24-month period.
  15. The discounted StarHub CableTV service will be counted as part of Hub Club membership eligibility. The Hub Club Discount shall not be used in conjunction with discount credits given in this promotion and is only applicable to net recurring subscription charges payable by customers.
  16. The discounted StarHub CableTV subscription is not transferable and not applicable for StarHub Rewards Points.
  17. The discounted StarHub CableTV subscription not redeemed within one month from date of sign up will be forfeited. Customers are still required to fulfill the MaxInfinity contract even if the discounted subscription is not redeemed.
  18. Digital Voice installation charge of $53.50 applies.
  19. Delivery of set-top box(es) without installation is chargeable at $12.84 per trip at the same service address (not applicable to Box Swap/Remote Controls/Smart Cards/Accessories/Telescope/DTTV/StarHub CableTV prepaid services).
  20. The FREE Digital Voice service is valid till 31 July 2012.
  21. The FREE Digital Voice service is given to StarHub CableTV/MaxInfinity customers on condition the service is maintained during this period. The FREE service will cease when the StarHub CableTV/MaxInfinity service is terminated and customers will be billed accordingly.
  22. Each customer is only eligible for a single complimentary Digital Voice Home service per service address (comprising of the waiver of the monthly subscription fee of $10.49), regardless of the number of MaxOnline/MaxInfinity/StarHub TV services subscribed.
  23. All prices are inclusive of 7% GST.
  24. Promotion cannot be used to offset existing subscription charges or outstanding balances due to StarHub.
  25. Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind and is non-refundable.
  26. Promotion is not applicable to other in-house promotions or discounts unless specified by StarHub.
  27. Promotion is not applicable to StarHub Digital Terrestrial TV, Commercial and Bulk Subscription customers.
  28. Promotion is not applicable to landed homeowners on the Landed Connection Plan who are enjoying complimentary MaxOnline/ MaxInfinity service.
  29. An equipment deposit of $250 is chargeable for subscription to Digital/ HubStation/ HubStation HD/ HD set-top box(es) if the customer is not a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  30. In the event of a dispute, a customer’s entitlement to participate and/or receive the offer is subject to the final determination of StarHub.
  31. StarHub will not be responsible for any defects in the Fibre-ready Wireless SmartHub or if applicable, any hardware which customers may have connected to the Fibre-ready Wireless SmartHub. Any Fibre-ready Wireless SmartHub or if applicable, hardware purchased is covered under and subject to the terms of warranty from the relevant manufacturer.

  33. StarHub reserves the right to change its pricing and promotion terms and conditions relating to its service at its own discretion.

FREE 6 months Basic Upsize Group and FREE 3 Months Basic HD Upsize

  1. Applicable for new StarHub Cable TV customers who are not subscribed to Basic Upsize Groups and Basic HD Upsize.
  2. The Basic Upsize Groups will have to correspond with the Basic Groups selected in a customer's subscription package.
  3. FREE subscription to Basic Upsize Group is limited to $5.35 per month on 3 Basic Upsize Groups for 6 continuous months and will be credited to customer's account monthly for 6 continuous months. Thereafter, normal billing resumes.
  4. FREE subscription to Basic HD Upsize is limited to $8.56 per month and will be credited to customer's account monthly for 3 continuous months. Thereafter, normal billing resumes.
  5. HD channels on Basic HD Upsize are dependent of the subscription of the corresponding channels in Standard Definition in customer’s Basic/Basic Upsize group subscription.

FREE MaxMobile Basic 1.2Mbps mobile broadband plan

  1. Applicable with at least 1 NEW service sign-up to MaxInfinity or StarHub TV.
  2. MaxMobile Basic discount is limited to $28 per month for 24 continuous months. Thereafter, normal billing resumes.
  3. MaxMobile Basic comes with 30GB bundled data. Excess data usage at $0.0005 per KB (capped at $36.38) applies.
  4. Mobile Broadband USB Stick is sold separately.
