Making a Call

Calling from Singapore Calling from Overseas
  • Dial the access number of the country you're in. View list of Country Access Numbers here.
  • Enter your 14-digit card number, followed by the # key
  • For calls to Singapore, press 1
  • Enter telephone number, followed by the # key

Features

The following basic product features will enhance your call usage.

Language Selection for Voice Prompts

Pre-set your card with a language of your choice - English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, Bengali or Tagalog. Select your preferred language the first time you use your card, and all subsequent calls will automatically be played in that language. You can also change your preferred language at any time. To Change your Preferred Choice of Language:

  • In Singapore, dial 1884 or 6820 1884† When overseas, dial the country access number
  • Enter your 14-digit card number
  • Press 5 for Feature Selection
  • Press 2 for Language Selection
  • Select your Preferred Language
Card Balance Transfer

You can transfer value from one card to another.

  • In Singapore, dial 1884 or 6820 1884†. When overseas, dial the country access number
  • Enter your 14-digit card number
  • Press 5 for Feature Selection
  • Press 1 for Card Merging
  • Enter the number of the card which you wish to transfer the value from
Checking Card Expiry Date
  • In Singapore, dial 1884 or 6820 1884†. When overseas, dial the country access number
  • Enter your 14-digit card number
  • Press 5 for Feature Selection
  • Press 3 to check your card expiry date
Announcement Override
To save time, enter the appropriate call sequence without having to wait for the voice prompts.
Call Balance Announcement To save time, enter the appropriate call sequence without having to wait for the voice prompts. Call Balance Announcement lets you know your card balance before and after each call.
Call Duration Announcement Lets you know the maximum call duration your card balance allows after you've entered your telephone number.
Previous Menu Press ˆ to return to the previous selection.
Main Menu Press # to return to the main menu
Low Balance Tone Alerts you when your card balance is low. There will be beep tones before your call is disconnected.
Follow-On Call

To make consecutive calls without the need to redial:

  • Press 1 to make a new call
  • Press 2 to redial the last called number

Note: Do ensure that the initial called party has hung up the call before proceeding to make the consecutive call.

Redial If the telephone number you've dialled is busy, you will be prompted to dial the number again.
