As part of StarHub continuous effort to provide good service experience to our customers, we are proud to launch My Smart Home Portal. This portal provides a convenient and user-friendly access to your wireless home gateway and change the settings. You can change the settings for wireless security and device filtering and more. In addition, you can now view all the connected smart devices in your home and adjust the settings to your preference. You simply need your StarHub HubID to access this Internet portal.
*You will be able to login to My Smart Home Portal after 48 hours from the time your Fibre Broadband is installed and HubID is created.
