Rewards for HubTreats

  1. How do I earn HubTreats points?
    There are a few simple ways to earn HubTreats points.
    • Visit the merchant’s website.
    • Scan QR codes at participating merchant’s shop
    • Make a purchase, scan the barcode at cashier counter or scan receipts and upload via HubTreats app to earn points.
  2.  For the receipt scan, how many receipts can I use?
    You can scan as many receipts as long as it is not later than the next day of purchase. Receipts submitted after this period will be declined.

    Example:
    For purchase made on 1 August 2016, receipts must be scanned  and uploaded not later than 2 August 2016, 11.59pm.The HubTreats points will be awarded based on the merchant’s promotion campaign.
  3. My receipts are too long and cannot be scanned or captured fully, what can I do?
    For long receipts, you may fold it at portion describing the products purchase and scan it.
    Please ensure these information are captured:
    • Shop name
    • Transaction date and time
    • Receipt, transaction or tax invoice numbers
    • Total purchase amount
  4. When will the HubTreats points be credited into my account after I submitted the scanned receipts?
    Your points will be credited within 7 working days from the day of submission. We advise you to retain your original receipts until they are approved in the event that further verifications are needed. 
  5. What should I do if I have problems capturing the receipts?
    If you have difficulties capturing the receipts, you may send in your enquires to our Support Team via HubTreats App. Simply click Menu > Feedback > Leave a Feedback and we would be happy to assist you.
  6. Is there any expiry of the HubTreats points earned on HubTreats?
    There is no expiry to the HubTreats points.
  7. How do I convert my HubTreats points into my StarHub Rewards Account?
    Once you have accumulated 500 HubTreats points, you can convert to 500 StarHub Rewards points. Go to ‘Points tab’, click on ‘Convert to StarHub Rewards points’ and log in with your Hub iD to complete the points conversion.
  8. When will the HubTreats points be credited into my StarHub Rewards Account?
    The StarHub Rewards points will be credited into your StarHub Rewards account in 48 hours.
  9. How do I check my HubTreats points have successfully converted to StarHub Rewards Account?
    In the HubTreats app, you may go to ‘Points tab’ to check the status. When the conversion is successfully completed the status will show ‘Conversion Completed’.

    Alternatively, you may log in to www.starhub.com/redeem with your Hub iD, click on ‘My Account’ to check your points.
  10. What is the maximum HubTreats points I can earn within a day?
    There is no limit to the number of Hubtreats points earn within a day.
  11. How can I check my HubTreats points balance?
    You may go to the ‘Points tab’ that can be found at the bottom of the navigation menu to check your points.
  12. If I have clarification on the promotions, who do I contact?
    You may send in your enquires to our Support Team via HubTreats App. Simply click Menu > Feedback > Leave a Feedback and we would be happy to assist you.
