  2. What’s the difference between Plans and Deals?
    Plans are standalone basic speed Plans with no frills. Deals are Plans that are bundled with a complimentary service (such as Mobile Broadband, Digital Voice, etc.) or with a Gadget (like a laptop, smartphone, tablet or TV), that you can enjoy with a monthly top-up. 

  3. How do I know if my address is serviceable via Fibre?

  4. Why aren’t there any Cable Plans available?
    We now offer Cable Broadband as part of our Dual Broadband plans for enhanced WiFi coverage. Click here to find out more.

  5. When can I Recontract?
    You can Recontract once your contract passes its due date.

  6. Why can’t I sign up for a new Plan online?
    This can be due to any of the following reasons:
    1. You have outstanding bill(s) with StarHub
    2. Your selected address is not serviceable for Fibre Broadband
    3. You have exceeded the maximum number of Broadband Plans that each address can subscribe to
