  1. How do I check if I am eligible for a New Sign Up or Recontract?
    Simply log in with your Hub iD and select either "New Sign Up" or "Recontract". We will then check your eligibility for your selected option.

  2. How many mobile lines am I entitled to?
    Your eligibility is based on the eligibility assessment that StarHub will conduct at the point of sale.
     

Broadband

  1. How do I check if I am eligible for a New Sign Up, Recontract or Upgrade?
    Simply log in with your Hub iD and select a Broadband Plan or Deal. We will then check your eligibility for your selected option.
