Samsung has conducted investigation with their battery suppliers in order to find the exact causes. To date, there has been a small percentage of the Note7 devices that have shipped globally affected. Samsung has assured us that they are fully committed to providing the highest quality products to their consumers.

As such, sales for the Galaxy Note7 has stopped and Samsung is planning an exchange for the Note7.
