1. How much does Samsung Concierge cost?

You can sign up for Samsung Concierge at a one-time fee of $38 (including GST) from any StarHub Shop, StarHub Exclusive Partner, at the point when you are re-contracting or applying for a new 2-year postpaid mobile plan with the purchase of an eligible Samsung Galaxy device.

2. Are there any additional costs, what are the details of Samsung Concierge?

3. What are the eligible Samsung Galaxy devices for the Samsung Concierge?

Currently, only the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge 4G+ and Galaxy S7 4G+ are eligible for Samsung Concierge sign-up.

4. Where can I sign up for the Samsung Concierge?

You can sign up for the Samsung Concierge at any StarHub Shop or StarHub Exclusive Partner.
The Samsung Concierge one-time fee of $38 (including GST) will be charged upfront at the point of purchase of eligible Samsung Galaxy device with new or recontract of a 2-year postpaid mobile plan. There is no refund.

5. Who is eligible to sign up for Samsung Concierge?

Samsung Concierge is applicable to Individual, Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) customers,who sign up or re-contract to a new 2-year postpaid mobile plan. Samsung Concierge must be purchased together with an eligible Samsung Galaxy device.

6. When can I sign up for Samsung Concierge?

You can sign up for Samsung Concierge at the point of purchase of eligible Samsung Galaxy device with new or recontract of a 2-year postpaid mobile plan. There is no refund.

7. What kind of verification do I have to bring when I sign up for Samsung Concierge?

8. I have multiple lines under my NRIC/FIN/Passport. Can I sign up for Samsung Concierge on more than one mobile line?

Yes. Each Samsung Concierge is tied to one 2-year postpaid mobile plan, with purchase of an eligible Samsung Galaxy device.

9. I have bought an eligible handset which does not come with a 2-year postpaid mobile plan with StarHub. Can I take up Samsung Concierge?

No.  The Samsung Concierge has to be tied to a 2-year postpaid mobile plan.

10. How many Samsung Concierge can I sign up with each line?

One Samsung Concierge can be signed up for each 2-year postpaid mobile plan with an eligible Samsung Galaxy device.

11. I have a Multi SIM/ SharePlus/SIM Only Plan/Prepaid Card. Can I sign up for Samsung Concierge for many of these lines?

No. Each Samsung Concierge is tied to one 2-year postpaid mobile price plan, with purchase of an eligible Samsung Galaxy device. You can only sign up for Samsung Concierge on your main 2-year postpaid mobile plan.

12. Can I terminate my Samsung Concierge service?

No. Do note that the original one-time fee will not be pro-rated or refunded to you.

13. What will happen to my Samsung Concierge service in the event that my StarHub mobile postpaid line is terminated/suspended/ transferred to another party?

Your Samsung Concierge will be terminated automatically and you will not be able to enjoy any of the benefits.

14. Will I get a refund if I did not use any of the services offered under the Samsung Concierge?

No. The one-time payment cannot be refunded.

15. What is the Samsung Concierge Hotline?

The 24-hour hotline for Samsung Concierge is 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726 7864).

16. Can I still purchase the Samsung Premium Care ($68) once I have sign-up to Samsung Concierge?

No. You can only subscribe to either Samsung Concierge OR Samsung Premium Care.

17. Can I purchase Samsung Concierge after I purchased the eligible device and signed up for a contract?

No, Samsung Concierge has to be purchased together with your eligible device at point of sign up with your 24 month contract.

18. Can I sign up for SmartSupport and purchase Samsung Concierge together?

Yes, but we do not recommending purchasing the 2 together.

19. I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge 4G+ / Galaxy S7 4G+ and can I sign up for Samsung Concierge with Samsung?
