$15 Happy 55 Top-Up
The $15 Happy 55 Top-up is a StarHub top-up which you can use to top up your Happy Prepaid service. With every top up made using a $15 Happy 55 Top-up (which is valued at $15), you will enjoy the following benefits:
 $40 worth of credit for local services balance, which you can use for local SMS and local voice calls (excluding calls to 1900/IDD/15xx)
 $15 worth of credit for international services balance, which you can use for Global SMS and IDD 008/018 calls (inclusive of local airtime Charges of an IDD call)
 10 days Free Incoming calls
The benefits have a validity period of 50 days from the date of the top up. IDD and local calls made using 15xx prefix will be deducted from main wallet balance if any.
Yes, you may top up Happy 55 on your existing active StarHub Happy Prepaid SIMs (excluding the StarHub Prepaid Internet SIM) to enjoy the Happy 55 worth of benefits.
No, but there is a maximum cap value on total amount/balance that your wallet can carry at all times. The cap is at $300 worth of local services, $84 worth of international services and there be an extension of 10 consecutive days of free incoming calls from the date of your last top-up. In addition, the amount that you top up will be valid for another 50 days. Any unused balance will expire upon expiry. Once you have used up any of your Happy 55 benefit balances, all subsequent charges for your local/IDD calls and local/global SMS will be deducted from your card's main balance if any. You may also top up another Happy 55 to continue to enjoy the benefits.
Yes. Simply top up another Happy 55 and you will be able to extend the expiry date of your existing balances by another 50 days from the date of top up.
Yes. Your card expiry will be extended by another 6 months when you top up using a Happy 55.
All existing Happy 55 benefits will expire and be forfeited. Any charges for your local/IDD calls and local/global SMS will be deducted from your card's main balance if any. Hence, you may top up another Happy 55 before its expiry.
Yes. In such cases, the first 5 local SMS sent within the day will be deducted from your 'Happy 55' Local Services balance (or Free Bundled SMS balance as priority if you have existing Free Bundled SMS balance). The next 10 local SMS that you send out thereafter within that day will not be chargeable. If you are sending out global SMS instead, the first 5 global SMS will be deducted from your 'Happy 55' International Services balance. After sending out 5 global SMS within the same day, you will be able to enjoy sending out the next 10 global SMS for free (Note: only valid for the day).
Yes. You may call free 018 international calls with Happy 55. Please take note that local airtime charge applies and is deductible from Happy 55 International Services balance.
Yes. However, please note that the activation (or reactivation) fee and daily deduction for the on-demand Free Incoming Calls feature will be deducted from your prepaid card's main wallet balance. After you have activated on-demand Free Incoming Calls, the incoming calls you receive locally (i.e. in Singapore) will not be chargeable and there will be no deduction from your 'Happy 55' Local Services balance.
