    Customers who sign up or recontract to StarHub services with minimum 12-month contract will be entitled to buy 1 unit of Google Home at $149 (U.P.$189) or Google Home Mini at $49 (U.P.$79).

  2. I am an existing StarHub postpaid/prepaid customer, can I purchase Google Home and Google Home Mini without recontracting my StarHub services?

    Yes, you can walk in to our StarHub retail outlets to buy Google Home at $189 and Google Home Mini at $79.

  3. How many Google Home/Google Home Mini can I buy?

    You can only purchase 1 unit of Google Home or Google Home Mini at discounted price with sign up or contract to StarHub services with min 12 months contract. You can purchase additional units at StarHub retail outlets at recommended retail price.

  4. What do I do if I need technical support related to Google Home/Google Home Mini?

    You can get technical support through one of the following ways:

    1. Read the related articles found in the ‘Help’ section in Google Home App.

    2. Send feedback to Google using the Google Home App

    3. Call Google hotline at 8008526526 (This is a 24-hour International toll-free number in English)

  5. What is the warranty period for Google Home and Google Home Mini?

    The warranty period for Google Home and Google Home Mini will be 12 months from the date of purchase.

  6. What can I do if my Google Home/Google Home Mini is faulty?

    You can bring your Google devices to the service centre along with the proof of purchase if they are still within the 12-month warranty period.

    For customers who purchase the Google Home / Google Home Mini from StarHub retail outlets, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for your warranty support. For customers who receive your Google Home / Google Home Mini during the installation of your StarHub services, please keep your StarHub Service Agreement form as proof of purchase for your warranty support.

  8. What do I need to bring to the service centre?

    Please bring along the faulty Google Home/Google Home Mini (including the cables) and your proof of purchase. For customers who purchased the Google Home / Google Home Mini from StarHub retail outlets, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for your warranty support. For customers who received your Google Home / Google Home Mini during the installation of your StarHub services, please keep your Service Agreement form as proof of purchase for your warranty support.

  9. If I transfer the unit to someone else, does warranty still valid?

    The warranty is valid if the Google device is still within the 12-month warranty period with valid proof of purchase (Receipt or Service Agreement form).

  10. Do you support warranty for the device purchased outside of Singapore?

    No, we do not support warranty for the Google devices purchased outside of Singapore.

  11. What is the difference between Google Home and Google Home Mini?

  2. Can I order over the phone and have the Belkin Wemo switches delivered and installed for me?

    No, you can only purchase the Belkin Wemo switch, via cash and carry from StarHub Shops. The Belkin Wemo switch can be easily self-installed. StarHub does not provide installation option for it.

  3. Can Belkin Wemo switch work with Google Home/Google Home Mini?

    Yes, you can use the Google Home or Google Home Mini to turn on/off your Belkin Wemo switch. However, you will need to link your Wemo account to the Google Home account first. For more information/steps on how to link your Wemo account to Google Home, please visit www.linksys-sh.com

  4. Do you offer any discounts for Belkin Wemo switch for StarHub customers?

    Currently, we do not provide additional discounts for StarHub customers.
