The cap is at $300 worth of local services, $84 worth of international services and there be an extension of 10 consecutive days of free incoming calls from the date of your last top-up. In addition, the amount that you top up will be valid for another 50 days. Any unused balance will expire upon expiry. Once you have used up any of your Happy 55 benefit balances, all subsequent charges for your local/IDD calls and local/global SMS will be deducted from your card's main balance if any. You may also top up another Happy 55 to continue to enjoy the benefits.

Yes. Simply top up another Happy 55 and you will be able to extend the expiry date of your existing balances by another 50 days from the date of top up.

In such cases, the first 5 local SMS sent within the day will be deducted from your 'Happy 55' Local Services balance (or Free Bundled SMS balance as priority if you have existing Free Bundled SMS balance). The next 10 local SMS that you send out thereafter within that day will not be chargeable. If you are sending out global SMS instead, the first 5 global SMS will be deducted from your 'Happy 55' International Services balance. After sending out 5 global SMS within the same day, you will be able to enjoy sending out the next 10 global SMS for free (Note: only valid for the day).

Yes. You may call free 018 international calls with Happy 55. Please take note that local airtime charge applies and is deductible from Happy 55 International Services balance.

Yes. However, please note that the activation (or reactivation) fee and daily deduction for the on-demand Free Incoming Calls feature will be deducted from your prepaid card's main wallet balance. After you have activated on-demand Free Incoming Calls, the incoming calls you receive locally (i.e. in Singapore) will not be chargeable and there will be no deduction from your 'Happy 55' Local Services balance.
