This promotion is valid from 16 October 2017 to 5 November 2017. StarHub Prepaid Number with top-up of minimum $20 & above will receive free 1GB Local 4G Data. This promotion is not valid for top-up via Top-up Card, Happy Prepaid App, Online Top-up, Mobile Postpaid Account. Free data is valid for 3 days and will be awarded within 5 days of successful top-up. Free data is only applicable for local usage. The free data wallet is capped at 2GB and the balance of the free data wallet has to be 1GB or lesser in order to receive the free 1GB data from this promotion.

StarHub 1 Year Free Data & Credits Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion is valid at selected StarHub retailers with purchase of $8 Happy SIM, between 5 Aug – 2 Nov, 2017.

Eligibility and Promotion:

  1. This lucky draw promotion ("Promotion") commences on 1 August 2017 and ends on 30 September 2017 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").

Draw and Winners

Prize Collection

  1. Winners will be notified via phone/SMS and Winners shall proceed to StarHub Green (67 Ubi Avenue 1 Singapore 408942) for collection of Prize, unless otherwise stated by StarHub.
  2. Winners who are not contactable within 3 working days shall be disqualified.
  3. Prizes must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions conveyed by StarHub.
  4. If a Winner fails to collect a Prize by the deadline specified by StarHub, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
  5. Each Winner will be required to sign an acknowledgement form when collecting the Prize.

Personal Data

  1. StarHub will need to collect and use participants’ personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to StarHub’s partners, to facilitate participation in the Promotion. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant’s name, telephone number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his picture, photographs or likeness.
  2. StarHub and its partners reserve the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any participant or Winner in its marketing, publicity or promotional materials at StarHub's sole and absolute discretion without notice to the participant or Winner, or require any participant or Winner to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities. StarHub may also use the personal data to conduct analysis on the participant’s use of StarHub’s products and services so as to improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the products and services offered to StarHub’s customers.
  3. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to StarHub or it partner’s collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above.

General:

  1. This lucky draw is organized by StarHub. Employees and agents of StarHub engaged in connection with the development or operation of the lucky draw are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.

ELIGIBILITY:
1. This Promotion is open to all StarHub Happy Prepaid SIM customers who have used their NRIC/FIN/Passport number to register and activate their Happy Prepaid SIMs (“Customers”), except for employees of AXS Pte Ltd (“AXS”) and StarHub Ltd (“StarHub”).
2. The Promotion consists of an Instant Win and a Lucky Draw. Promotion mechanics are as stated in Clause 4 and 5.

QUALIFYING PERIOD:
3. The qualifying period for the Promotion shall commence from 5September 2017 to 15 December 2017, both dates inclusive (“Qualifying Period”).

4. Instant Win: Win an Old Chang Kee Curry’O
4.1. Customer is entitled to one (1) Old Chang Kee Curry’O (“Receipt”) with a top-up of $20 or above to a StarHub Prepaid SIM card on AXS Station during the Qualifying Period.
4.2. There is no limit to the number of top-ups a Customer can make during the Qualifying Period.
4.3. Each Customer may win more than one (1) Receipt for the Instant Win.
4.4. The redemption details will be printed on AXS Station receipt print-out.
4.5. Customer must present the original Receipt within the redemption period from 5 September 2017 to 31 December 2017 (both dates inclusive) (“Redemption Period”) for redemption. Extension to the Redemption Period is strictly not allowed.
4.6. Receipt is not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable or substituted for cash, credit or other benefits. There will be no replacement for lost, defaced or damaged Receipt.
4.7. Customer who qualifies for Instant Win will automatically qualify for Lucky Draw.

5.3. Chances are accumulated throughout the Qualifying Period.

5.5. Chance(s) are non-transferable and cannot be combined with chance(s) accumulated by other Customer.
5.6. There will be ten (10) winners for Lucky Draw.
5.7. Each winner will receive one (1) set of Samsung Galaxy Tab S (9”) Wi-Fi® 32GB LTE Black worth $1098 (“Prize”).
5.8. Each winner may only win One (1) Prize.
5.9. Winners will be drawn on 21 December 2017 (“Draw Date”), 10.30am at 53 Mohamed Sultan Road, #B3-K1 Sultan Link, Singapore 238993 (or any other venue determined by AXS).
5.10. On the Draw Date, ten (10) winners and twenty (20) reserve winners will be selected at random by means of a computerized or electronic system.
5.11. AXS will attempt to make at least two (2) phone calls a day for three (3) consecutive working days to the winners to obtain their full particulars for verification purposes. In the event that AXS is unable to contact a winner within this period, AXS will choose an eventual winner from the reserve winner list.
5.12. Winners will be notified via phone and post.
5.13. The results of the Promotion will be announced on AXS website (www.axs.com.sg).

COLLECTION OF PRIZE:

6. The winners shall collect the Prizes within the collection period and at the appointed venue specified by AXS and/or StarHub, and shall comply with any instructions specified by AXS and/or StarHub. Neither AXS nor StarHub is liable for any payment or compensation should the Prize be forfeited or is not collected.

7. The winner must present the original copy of redemption letter and his/her identity card for collection of Prize.

8. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash, credit or kind or other prizes. There will be no replacement for lost or stolen Prizes.

9. In the event a winner fails to collect a Prize within the collection period and/or fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by AXS and/or StarHub, the Prize may be forfeited at AXS’s and/or StarHub’s absolute discretion without any liability on the part of AXS and/or StarHub.

10. Any unclaimed Prize(s) within the given period will be forfeited without any liability on the part AXS and/or StarHub, and AXS and/or StarHub may donate any forfeited Prize(s) to a charitable organization of AXS ’and/or StarHub’ choice.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
11. In the event that any prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.

12. Actual prizes may differ from the images shown anywhere during the Promotion or in any communications or publications relating thereto. The Customer shall not have any right to make any claims or demands against AXS and/or StarHub in connection with such variances.

13. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Customer from winning a prize and/or substitute another Customer as a winner in the event that AXS and/or StarHub in its absolute discretion has reasonable grounds for believing that the particular Customer may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring AXS and/or StarHub into disrepute. In the event a prize has already been awarded to such a Customer, the prize must be returned to AXS and/or StarHub at the Customer’s cost and expense.

14. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.

15. For publicity purposes and to the extent permitted, AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to use names and pictures/photographs of the winner(s) in any form of advertisement or promotional material without prior notice, or otherwise engage the winners in any form of publicity for AXS and/or StarHub.

16. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
17. AXS and StarHub’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Promotion are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Promotion, these Terms or any decision made by AXS and/or StarHub will be entertained. AXS and/or StarHub reserve its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.

18. AXS and/or StarHub shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or any of the prizes under any circumstances.
19. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right at any time and from time to time to amend these Terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment. Participation in this Promotion shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.

Personal Data Protection Act

20. By participating in the Promotion, you have given your consent for AXS and StarHub to use and disclose your personal data collected from this Promotion, to contact you with regards to the Promotion (such as for verification of winners) and for marketing purposes as stated in Item 15.

11. Winners will be drawn on 21 December 2017 (“Draw Date”), 10.30am at 53 Mohamed Sultan Road, #B3-K1 Sultan Link, Singapore 238993 (or any other venue determined by AXS).
12. On the Draw Date, ten (10) winners and twenty (20) reserve winners will be selected at random by means of a computerized or electronic system.
13. AXS will attempt to make at least two (2) phone calls a day for three (3) consecutive working days to the winners to obtain their full particulars for verification purposes. In the event that AXS is unable to contact a winner within this period, AXS will choose an eventual winner from the reserve winner list.
14. Winners will be notified via phone and post.
15. The results of the Promotion will be announced on AXS website (www.axs.com.sg).

COLLECTION OF PRIZE:
16. The winners shall collect the Prizes within the collection period and at the appointed venue specified by AXS and/or StarHub, and shall comply with any instructions specified by AXS and/or StarHub. Neither AXS nor StarHub is liable for any payment or compensation should the Prize be forfeited or is not collected.
17. The winner must present the original copy of redemption letter and his/her identity card for collection of Prize.
18. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash, credit or kind or other prizes. There will be no replacement for lost or stolen Prizes.
19. In the event a winner fails to collect a Prize within the collection period and/or fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by AXS and/or StarHub, the Prize may be forfeited at AXS’s and/or StarHub’s absolute discretion without any liability on the part of AXS and/or StarHub.20. Any unclaimed Prize(s) within the given period will be forfeited without any liability on the part AXS and/or StarHub, and AXS and/or StarHub may donate any forfeited Prize(s) to a charitable organization of AXS ’and/or StarHub’ choice.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
20. In the event that any prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.

21. Actual prizes may differ from the images shown anywhere during the Promotion or in any communications or publications relating thereto. The Customer shall not have any right to make any claims or demands against AXS and/or StarHub in connection with such variances.

22. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Customer from winning a prize and/or substitute another Customer as a winner in the event that AXS and/or StarHub in its absolute discretion has reasonable grounds for believing that the particular Customer may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring AXS and/or StarHub into disrepute. In the event a prize has already been awarded to such a Customer, the prize must be returned to AXS and/or StarHub at the Customer’s cost and expense.

23. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.

24. For publicity purposes and to the extent permitted, AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to use names and pictures/photographs of the winner(s) in any form of advertisement or promotional material without prior notice, or otherwise engage the winners in any form of publicity for AXS and/or StarHub.

25. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
26. AXS and StarHub’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Promotion are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Promotion, these Terms or any decision made by AXS and/or StarHub will be entertained. AXS and/or StarHub reserve its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.

27. AXS and/or StarHub shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or any of the prizes under any circumstances.
28. AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right at any time and from time to time to amend these Terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment. Participation in this Promotion shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.

Personal Data Protection Act

29. By participating in the Promotion, you have given your consent for AXS and StarHub to use and disclose your personal data collected from this Promotion, to contact you with regards to the Promotion (such as for verification of winners) and for marketing purposes as stated in Item 24.

 

Terms and conditions for “Double your Data for FREE” (“Promotion”)

  1. This promotion is valid from 6 September to 5 October 2017.
  2. Each successful 7-Day 1GB $7 data plan purchase or activation will be entitled to receive free 1GB data (valid for 7 days).
  3. Free data to be awarded within 5 days of successful 7-Day 1GB $7 data plan activation. A SMS will be sent when the free data is awarded.
  4. The free data will be on 3G network and will be utilised after the existing data plan(s) ran out or expired.
  5. To check free data balance, use Happy Prepaid App or SMS EBAL to 6122.
  6. Excess data usage will be charged at the prevailing data rate of $0.07/10KB.
