Terms and conditions for “Win OSIM uDivine Mini Massage Sofa & $5 Swensen’s Voucher with Happy Prepaid Top-up” (“Promotion”)

ELIGIBILITY:

1.     This Promotion is open to all StarHub Happy Prepaid SIM customers who have used their NRIC/FIN/Passport number to register and activate their Happy Prepaid SIMs (“Customers”).  Employees of AXS Pte Ltd (“AXS”) and StarHub Ltd (“StarHub”) is not eligible to participate for Lucky Draw as mentioned in Clause 5.

2.     The Promotion consists of an Instant Win and a Lucky Draw. Promotion mechanics are as stated in Clause 4 and 5.

QUALIFYING PERIOD:

3.     The qualifying period for the Promotion shall commence from 8 May 2018 to 31 August 2018, both dates inclusive (“Qualifying Period”).

MECHANICS:

4.     Instant Win: Win $5 Swensen’s voucher  

4.1.      The first ten thousand (10,000) Customer that has successfully topped up $20 and above to their StarHub Prepaid SIM card on AXS Station per calendar month will be entitled to one (1) $5 Swensen’s voucher (“Receipt”).

4.2.      There is no limit to the number of top-ups a Customer can make during the Qualifying Period.

4.3.      Each Customer may win more than one (1) Receipt for the Instant Win.

4.4.      The redemption details will be printed on AXS Station receipt print-out.

4.5.      Customer must present the original Receipt within the redemption period from 8 May 2018 to 16 September 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Redemption Period”) for redemption. Extension to the Redemption Period is strictly not allowed.

4.6.      Customer can utilise multiple Receipts in a single dine-in transaction.

4.7.      Receipt is not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable or substituted for cash, credit or other benefits. There will be no replacement for lost, defaced or damaged Receipt.

4.8.      Swensen’s Terms and Conditions apply.

4.9.      Customer who qualifies for Instant Win will automatically qualify for Lucky Draw.

5.     Lucky Draw: Win OSIM uDivine Mini Massager Sofa

5.1.      To qualify for the Lucky Draw, Customer will have top-up a StarHub Prepaid SIM card (s) via the eligible channels as set out below (“Eligible Channels”) during the Qualifying Period.

5.2.      Customer will earn the chance(s) based on the values topped up to his/her StarHub Prepaid SIM card (“Qualifying Top-up”) on the Eligible Channels during the Qualifying Period.

5.3.      Chances are accumulated throughout the Qualifying Period.

5.4.      There is no limit to the number of chances the Customer may be eligible for during the Qualifying Period.

5.6.      There will be six (6) winners for Lucky Draw.

5.7.      Each winner will receive one (1) set of OSIM uDivine Mini Massage Sofa worth $1699 (“Prize”).  

5.8.      Each winner may only win One (1) Prize.

5.9.      Winners will be drawn on 12 September 2018 (“Draw Date”), 10.30am at 53 Mohamed Sultan Road, #B3-K1 Sultan Link, Singapore 238993 (or any other venue determined by AXS).  

5.10.    On the Draw Date, six (6) winners and twelve (12) reserve winners will be selected at random by means of a computerized or electronic system.

5.11.    AXS will attempt to make at least two (2) phone calls a day for three (3) consecutive working days to the winners to obtain their full particulars for verification purposes. In the event that AXS is unable to contact a winner within this period, AXS will choose an eventual winner from the reserve winner list.

5.12.    Customer with special needs such as hearing or speech disability, may inform AXS at www.axs.com.sg > Contact Us to have their contact method by SMS for the Promotion and if they are the winners, AXS will send a SMS to Customer for verification purposes.

5.13.     Winners will be notified via phone and post.

5.14.    The results of the Promotion will be announced on AXS website (www.axs.com.sg).

COLLECTION OF PRIZE:

6.     The winners shall collect the Prizes within the collection period and at the appointed venue specified by AXS and shall comply with any instructions specified by AXS. AXS is not liable for any payment or compensation should the Prize be forfeited or is not collected.

7.     The winner must present the original copy of redemption letter and his/her identity card for collection of Prize.

8.     Prizes are not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash, credit or kind or other prizes. There will be no replacement for lost or stolen Prizes.

9.     In the event a winner fails to collect a Prize within the collection period and/or fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by AXS, the Prize may be forfeited at AXS’s absolute discretion without any liability on the part of AXS.

10.   Any unclaimed Prize(s) within the given period will be forfeited without any liability on the part AXS and AXS may donate any forfeited Prize(s) to a charitable organization of AXS’ choice.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

11.   In the event that any prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.

12.   Actual prizes may differ from the images shown anywhere during the Promotion or in any communications or publications relating thereto. The Customer shall not have any right to make any claims or demands against AXS and/or StarHub in connection with such variances.

13.   AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Customer from winning a prize and/or substitute another Customer as a winner in the event that AXS and/or StarHub in its absolute discretion has reasonable grounds for believing that the particular Customer may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring AXS and/or StarHub into disrepute. In the event a prize has already been awarded to such a Customer, the prize must be returned to AXS and/or StarHub at the Customer’s cost and expense.

14.   AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.

15.   For publicity purposes and to the extent permitted, AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to use names, the last 4 digits of the identification number or passport number and pictures/photographs of the winner(s) in any form of advertisement or promotional material without prior notice, or otherwise engage the winners in any form of publicity for AXS and/or StarHub.

16.   AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion for any reason without any liability whatsoever.

17.   AXS and StarHub’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Promotion are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Promotion, these Terms or any decision made by AXS and/or StarHub will be entertained. AXS and/or StarHub reserve its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.

18.   AXS and/or StarHub shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or any of the prizes under any circumstances.

19.   AXS and/or StarHub reserve the right at any time and from time to time to amend these Terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment. Participation in this Promotion shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof. 

Personal Data Protection Act

20.   By participating in the Promotion, you have given your consent for AXS and StarHub to use and disclose your personal data collected from this Promotion, to contact you with regards to the Promotion (such as for verification of winners) and for marketing purposes as stated in Item 15.

Terms and Conditions: Win $200 Shopping Vouchers with StarHub Mobile Prepaid Top-Up (“Promotion”)

ELIGIBILITY:

1.     This Promotion is open to all StarHub Happy Prepaid SIM customers who have used their NRIC/FIN/Passport number to register and activate their Happy Prepaid SIMs (“Customers”), except for   employees of StarHub Ltd (“StarHub”) or DBS (“DBS”)

QUALIFYING PERIOD:

2.     The qualifying period for the Promotion shall commence from 7 May 2018 to 3 July 2018, both dates inclusive (“Qualifying Period”).

MECHANICS:

3.     To qualify for the Lucky Draw, Customer will have to top-up StarHub Mobile Prepaid SIM card (s) via the eligible channels as set out below (“Eligible Channels”) during the Qualifying Period.

4.     Customer will earn one(1) chance for every top-up of $20 or more (“Qualifying Top-up”) on the Eligible Channels during the Qualifying Period.

6.     There is no limit to the number of chances the Customer may be eligible for during the Qualifying Period.

7.     Chance(s) are non-transferable and cannot be combined with chance(s) accumulated by other Customer.

8.     There will be forty (40) winners for Lucky Draw.

9.     Each winner will receive shopping vouchers worth a total of $200 (“Prize”).  

10.   Each winner may only win one (1) Prize.

11.   Winners will be drawn on 13 July 2018 (“Draw Date”), at 67 Ubi Ave 1, StarHub Green, Singapore 408942 (or any other venue determined by StarHub).  

12.   On the Draw Date, forty (40) winners will be selected at random by means of a computerized or electronic system.

13.   Winners will be notified via phone or SMS, and will be asked to provide full particulars for verification purposes.

14.   In the event that StarHub is unable to reach a winner within this period, the prize will be forfeited.

15.   Winner list will be announced on StarHub website (www.starhub.com/happy-offers) within one (1) month of the last day of Qualifying Period.

Terms & Conditions: StarHub Mobile Prepaid Mothers’ Day Happy Prepaid App Top-Up Promotion 2018

Eligibility

1.       This promotion commences on 2 May 2018 and ends on 15 May 2018.

2.       This promotion is only valid for active StarHub Mobile Prepaid Voice SIM customers only.

3.       Customers must be using the latest app version to be able to participate in this campaign.

4.       Eligible customers will see a promotion blurb on the ‘Top-Up’ Payment Details page in Happy Prepaid App. 

Promotion Mechanics

5.       Eligible customers must perform a top-up of a minimum of $20 during the promotion period via Happy Prepaid App (eligible payment methods are Visa/Mastercard/eNETS/UnionPay only) to receive a chance in ‘Pick A Gift’ game, where the customers will have to select a giftbox for a chance to win a random prize.

6.       Customers will be directed to the “Pick a Gift” page after an eligible top-up is successfully carried out.

7.       This is not a sure-win game.

8.       Eligible customer will be entitled to more chances in game if perform more top-ups.

11.   Certain prizes will be subjected to further terms and conditions related to its use, eg. $X Bonus Credit with a validity of X days / voucher terms.

12.   There is no limit to how many times one person can win in this game.

13.   Should a person win prepaid benefit as a prize, the benefit will be credit to his registered prepaid SIM card.

14.   By participating in this promotion, you agree to be contacted via email, SMS or other forms of communications with regards to your participation in the promotion, prize collection and such related matters.

15.   If physical prizes are won upon lucky spin, customers will be directed to a page where personal data will be collected to facilitate prize fulfilment and collection purposes. Customers are required to fill in the e-form within 7 days from the date of win.

16.   Customers will be contacted within three (3) weeks from the last day of promotion on prize collection details (where applicable) and all prize collection have to conclude before five (5) weeks from the last day of promotion.

17.   Customers will be requested to sign an acknowledgement form during the collection of prizes (where applicable).

18.   Customers who are uncontactable for a consecutive period of three (3) days, will be deemed to have forfeited their prizes. No further correspondence will be entertained.

19.   If a winner fails to collect a prize by the deadline specified by StarHub, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.

General

20.   By participating in this promotion, each participant consents to StarHub and its partners’ collection, use and disclosure of the participant’s personal data to facilitate the promotion, including contacting via telephone/SMS for the purpose of prize collection arrangement.

21.   The prizes or any part thereof, are not transferable, exchangeable, and redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.

24.   In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Terms & Conditions - Shell Top-Up Card Offer

1. Promo period is from 1 April to 30 April 2018.

2. Promotion is valid for purchase of $18 or $28 Happy128 top-up cards that are purchased at Shell Select stores only.

3. Each top-up card purchase entitles customer to a $3 discount off, valid with minimum purchase of $5 worth of fuel and/or Shell Select items, excluding tobacco products.

4. There is no limit on how many top-up cards a customer can purchase, valid while stocks last.

5. No refund for unused discount amount.

6. Discount must be used on the spot.

    Eligibility

  1. This accumulative top-up promotion ("Promotion") commences on 27 February 2018 and ends on 23 Apr 2018 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
  2. Participants must be a StarHub Mobile Prepaid customer ("Customer").
  3. To be eligible for free treat redemption, Customer must, during the Promotion Period, top up to their StarHub Mobile Prepaid Number via SAM Kiosks and accumulate their total Happy Prepaid top-up to the below amounts to receive the free treats accordingly:
    1. Accumulate $20 = get 1 piece of $5 Bengawan Solo Voucher

  8. The free treats are not transferable, exchangeable, and redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.

    Personal Data

  10. StarHub will need to collect and use participants' personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to StarHub's partners, to facilitate participation in the Promotion. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant's name, telephone number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his picture, photographs or likeness.
  11. StarHub and its partners reserve the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any Customer in its marketing, publicity or promotional materials at StarHub's sole and absolute discretion without notice to the Customer, or require any Customer to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities. StarHub may also use the personal data to conduct analysis on the participant's use of StarHub's products and services so as to improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the products and services offered to StarHub's customers.
  12. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to StarHub or it partner's collection, use and disclosure of participants' personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above.

  14. StarHub and SingPost's decisions in relation to the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any individual's entitlement to the free treats shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
  15. StarHub and SingPost shall not be liable to any Customer for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by any Customer arising out of or in connection with the redemption, possession and/or use of any free treats
