1. Promotion is valid at selected StarHub retailers with purchase of $8 Happy SIM, between 5 Aug – 2 Nov, 2017.
2. To participate, customers MUST SMS Dorm12 to 6122 to enjoy 12 months of topup benefits.
3. Receive FREE 1GB Data (valid 3 days) and $2 bonus credit with min. $10 top-up monthly. Each eligible customer will enjoy this benefit once a month over 12 months.
4. If customer has existing data plan(s), the free 1GB data will only be utilised when the customer's existing data plan(s) has run out or expired.

StarHub Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:
1. To participate, customers need to collect 2 stamps within each lucky draw period. ONE stamp per min. $10 topup
2. The qualifying periods are 5 Aug – 3 Sep, 2017 or 4 Sep – 3 Oct, 2017 or 4 Oct - 2 Nov, 2017.

Happy Prepaid App First Top-Up Promotion

Eligibility

1. This promotion commences on 1 Aug 2017, and is valid till further notice.

2. This is a one-time promotion for active StarHub Mobile Prepaid customers who are new Happy Prepaid App users only. (New Happy Prepaid App users: customers who log in to Happy Prepaid App using their prepaid number for the first time from 1 Aug 2017 onwards.)

3. One mobile number is allowed to receive only ONE promotion benefit.

4. Eligible customers will see a promotion blurb on the top-up page in the app.

Promotion Mechanics

1. Eligible customers have to perform a top-up of minimum $10 or more (within stipulated timeframe indicated in the promotion blurb) via Happy Prepaid App and make payment by VISA/MasterCard/UnionPay/eNets to receive free 500MB data.

2. Free 500MB data will be valid for 30 days only and can be used locally or in Happy Roam destinations.

3. If customer has an existing data plan(s), the free 500MB data will only be utilised when the customer’s existing data plan(s) has run out or expired.

4. Free 500MB data shall not  be extended under any circumstances and all unused data will be forfeited.

General

1. StarHub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice by posting on its website.

 

OCBC Top Up and Win 

Eligibility and Promotion:

  1. This lucky draw promotion ("Promotion") commences on 1 August 2017 and ends on 30 September 2017 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
  2. Participants must be a StarHub Mobile Prepaid customer, and not have any outstanding bills with StarHub for any post-paid services during the Promotion Period and at the time of the draw (“Customer”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, there will be eight (8) qualifying period (each a “Lucky Draw Period”):
    – Period 1 (1 August 2017 to 12 August 2017)
    – Period 2 (13 August 2017 to 19 August 2017)
    – Period 3 (20 August 2017 to 26 August 2017)
    – Period 4 (27 August 2017 to 2 September 2017)
    – Period 5 (3 September 2017 to 9 September 2017)

  4. To get one (1) lucky draw chance, Customer must, during the Promotion Period and a relevant Lucky Draw Period, top up $20 to their StarHub Mobile Prepaid Number via OCBC Top-up Channels (OCBC ATMS/OCBC Internet Banking/OCBC Mobile Banking) and activate any of the following data plans on the same day:
    – 30-Day 1.2GB Data Plan
    – 30-Day 2.4GB Data Plan
    – 30-Day 3.6GB Data Plan
  5. To get five (5) lucky draw chance, Customer must, during the Promotion Period and a relevant Lucky Draw Period, top up $30 & above to their StarHub Mobile Prepaid Number via OCBC Top-up Channels (OCBC ATMS/OCBC Internet Banking/OCBC Mobile Banking) and activate any of the following data plans on the same day:
    – 30-Day 1.2GB Data Plan
    – 30-Day 2.4GB Data Plan
    – 30-Day 3.6GB Data Plan
  6. There is no limit to the number of chances the Customer may be eligible for during the Promotion Period and the Lucky Draw Period(s).
  7. Lucky Draw Chance from previous relevant Lucky Draw Period(s) will not be rolled over to the next Lucky Draw Period.

Draw and Winners

  1. At the end of Promotion Period, StarHub will carry out the lucky draw and select eighty (80) winners (“each a “Lucky Draw Winner” and collectively the “Winners”).
  2. All Winners will be announced on StarHub’s website within four (4) weeks from the end of the Promotion Period.

  3. There will be a total of eighty (80) prizes and each Lucky Draw Winner will receive one (1) prize (“Prize”).

  4. StarHub reserves the right to change the Prize or substitute the Prize with other items in its sole and absolute discretion.
  5. StarHub and OCBC Bank make no warranty whatsoever as to the Prize, including without limitation the availability, quality, and fitness for purpose or the value of Prize.
  6. StarHub reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants or donate any unclaimed Prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization.
  7. The Prizes or any part thereof, are not transferable, exchangeable, and redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.

Prize Collection

  1. Winners will be notified via phone/SMS and Winners shall proceed to StarHub Green (67 Ubi Avenue 1 Singapore 408942) for collection of Prize, unless otherwise stated by StarHub.
  2. Winners who are not contactable within 3 working days shall be disqualified.
  3. Prizes must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions conveyed by StarHub.
  4. If a Winner fails to collect a Prize by the deadline specified by StarHub, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
  5. Each Winner will be required to sign an acknowledgement form when collecting the Prize.

Personal Data

  1. StarHub will need to collect and use participants’ personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to StarHub’s partners, to facilitate participation in the Promotion. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant’s name, telephone number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his picture, photographs or likeness.
  2. StarHub and its partners reserve the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any participant or Winner in its marketing, publicity or promotional materials at StarHub's sole and absolute discretion without notice to the participant or Winner, or require any participant or Winner to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities. StarHub may also use the personal data to conduct analysis on the participant’s use of StarHub’s products and services so as to improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the products and services offered to StarHub’s customers.
  3. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to StarHub or it partner’s collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above.

General:

  1. This lucky draw is organized by StarHub. Employees and agents of StarHub engaged in connection with the development or operation of the lucky draw are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
  2. StarHub's decisions in relation to the Promotion and the Winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any individual’s entitlement to participate in the draw and any participant’s entitlement to the Prizes shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
  3. StarHub and OCBC Bank are not responsible to any person (including without limitation the Winner) on all matters of any form pertaining to the Lucky Draw and/or the Prizes (including without limitation for the redemption of the Prizes).  StarHub and OCBC Bank shall not be liable to any person (including without limitation the Winner) for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by any person (including without limitation the Winner) arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or the Prizes (including without limitation the redemption, possession and/or use of any Prize).
  4. StarHub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this Promotion will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
  5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. 

Happy Prepaid Top-Up and Get FREE Mr Bean Classic Soya Milk worth $1.60

ELIGIBILITY:

1.  This Promotion is open to all StarHub Happy Prepaid SIM customers who have used their NRIC/FIN/Passport number to register and activated their Happy Prepaid SIMs (“Customers”).

2. The Promotion consists of an Instant Win Promotion to receive a Mr Bean Classic Soya Milk.

QUALIFYING PERIOD:

1. The qualifying period for the Promotion shall commence from 20 June 2017 to 31 August 2017, both dates inclusive (“Qualifying Period”).

THE MECHANICS:

1. Customers that successfully top-up a minimum of $10 to their StarHub Happy Prepaid SIM card at any SAM Kiosks during the Qualifying Period is entitled to One (1) Classic Soya Milk (“Receipt”), valid while stock lasts.

2. There is no limit to the number of top-ups a Customer can make during the Qualifying Period.

REDEMPTION OF RECEIPT:

1. All the Receipts must be redeemed on or before 15 September 2017. Extension to the validity of the Receipt is strictly not allowed.

2. Customer must present the original Receipt slip within the redemption period for redemption of the Classic Soya Milk.

4. Not valid in conjunction with other promotional voucher and discounts unless otherwise stated.

5. Receipt is not exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind. There will be no replacement for lost, defaced or damaged Receipt.

6. Singapore Post Limited (“SingPost”) and/or StarHub Limited (“StarHub”) reserve the rights to substitute any Receipt with another Receipt of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.

GENERAL:

1. In the event that any prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.

2. Actual prizes may differ from the images shown anywhere during the Promotion or in any communications or publications relating thereto. The Customer shall not have any right to make any claims or demands against SingPost and/or StarHub in connection with such variances.

3.
