ELIGIBILITY:

1.  This Promotion is open to all StarHub Happy Prepaid SIM customers who have used their NRIC/FIN/Passport number to register and activated their Happy Prepaid SIMs (“Customers”).

2. The Promotion consists of an Instant Win Promotion to receive a Mr Bean Classic Soya Milk.

QUALIFYING PERIOD:

1. The qualifying period for the Promotion shall commence from 20 June 2017 to 31 August 2017, both dates inclusive (“Qualifying Period”).

THE MECHANICS:

1. Customers that successfully top-up a minimum of $10 to their StarHub Happy Prepaid SIM card at any SAM Kiosks during the Qualifying Period is entitled to One (1) Classic Soya Milk (“Receipt”), valid while stock lasts.

2. There is no limit to the number of top-ups a Customer can make during the Qualifying Period.

REDEMPTION OF RECEIPT:

1. All the Receipts must be redeemed on or before 15 September 2017. Extension to the validity of the Receipt is strictly not allowed.

2. Customer must present the original Receipt slip within the redemption period for redemption of the Classic Soya Milk.

3. The redemption of the Receipt is accepted at all Mr Bean stores in Singapore. Visit http://www.mrbean.com.sgfor full listing of Mr Bean outlets.

4. Not valid in conjunction with other promotional voucher and discounts unless otherwise stated.

5. Receipt is not exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind. There will be no replacement for lost, defaced or damaged Receipt.

6. Singapore Post Limited (“SingPost”) and/or StarHub Limited (“StarHub”) reserve the rights to substitute any Receipt with another Receipt of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.

GENERAL:

1. In the event that any prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.

2. Actual prizes may differ from the images shown anywhere during the Promotion or in any communications or publications relating thereto. The Customer shall not have any right to make any claims or demands against SingPost and/or StarHub in connection with such variances.

3. SingPost and/or StarHub reserve the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Customer from winning a prize and/or substitute another Customer as a winner in the event that SingPost and/or StarHub in its absolute discretion has reasonable grounds for believing that the particular Customer may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring SingPost and/or StarHub into disrepute. In the event a prize has already been awarded to such a Customer, the prize must be returned to SingPost and/or StarHub at the Customer’s cost and expense.

4. SingPost and/or StarHub reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.

5. SingPost and/or StarHub reserve the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion for any reason without any liability whatsoever.

6. SingPost and StarHub’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Promotion are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Promotion, these Terms or any decision made by SingPost and/or StarHub will be entertained. SingPost and/or StarHub reserve its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.

7. SingPost and/or StarHub shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or any of the prizes under any circumstances.

8. SingPost and/or StarHub reserve the right at any time and from time to time to amend these Terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment. Participation in this Promotion shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.

Eligibility and Promotion Details

  1. This lucky draw promotion (“Promotion”) commences on 12 April 2017 and ends on 21 April 2017, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2.  Participants must be an active StarHub Mobile Prepaid customers and not have any outstanding bills with StarHub for any post-paid services during the Promotion Period and at the time of the draw.
  3. Participants have to top up $10 or more during the Promotion Period via Happy Prepaid App and make payment by VISA/MasterCard/Union Pay/eNets/Mobile Postpaid Account only, to receive one (1) chance in the lucky draw on the day of top-up.
  4. Participants will be entitled to more chances if he/she performs more top-ups within the same day.

Draw and Winners

  1. Daily lucky draws will be performed to determine the winners at the end of the Promotion Period.
  2. There will be a total of ten (10) winners. One (1) winner drawn daily, over the period of ten (10) days.
  3. Any individual can only win one time in this promotion.
  4. All Winners will be announced on Happy Prepaid App within four (4) weeks from the end of the Promotion Period.

Prize

  1. Each Lucky Draw Winner will receive $80 worth of Shopping Vouchers (“Prize”)
  2. StarHub reserves the right to change the Prize or substitute the Prize with other items in its sole and absolute discretion.

Collection

  1. Winners will be notified via phone/SMS and Winners shall proceed to StarHub Green for collection of Prize, unless otherwise stated by StarHub.
  2. Winners who are not contactable within 3 consecutive working days shall be disqualified.
  3. Prizes must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions conveyed by StarHub.
  4. If a Winner fails to collect a Prize by the deadline specified by StarHub, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
  5. Each Winner will be required to sign an acknowledgement form when collecting the Prize.

Personal Data

  1. StarHub will need to collect and use participants’ personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to StarHub’s partners, to facilitate participation in the Promotion. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant’s name, telephone number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his picture, photographs or likeness.
  2. StarHub and its partners reserve the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any participant or Winner in its marketing, publicity or promotional materials at StarHub's sole and absolute discretion without notice to the participant or Winner, or require any participant or Winner to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities. StarHub may also use the personal data to conduct analysis on the participant’s use of StarHub’s products and services so as to improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the products and services offered to StarHub’s customers.
  3. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to StarHub or it partner’s collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above.

General

  1. This lucky draw is organized by StarHub. Employees and agents of StarHub engaged in connection with the development or operation of the lucky draw are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
  2. StarHub's decisions in relation to the Promotion and the Winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any individual’s entitlement to participate in the draw and any participant’s entitlement to the Prizes shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
  3. StarHub is not responsible to any Winner for the redemption of the Prizes. StarHub shall not be liable to any Winner for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by any Winner arising out of or in connection with the redemption, possession and/or use of any Prize.
