  1. How do I redeem for the rewards?

    Accumulate your Happy Prepaid top-ups done via SAM Kiosks to $20, $40 or $60 and present all original receipts to the appointed SingPost outlets to redeem the corresponding rewards.

    • Accumulate $20 = get 1 piece of $5 Bengawan Solo Voucher
    • Accumulate $40 = get 1 piece of Movie Voucher
    • Accumulate $60 = get 2 pieces of Movie Vouchers
  2. When is the promotion period?

  3. Which are the participating StarHub top-up channels?

    Singapore Post SAM kiosks only.

  4. How many times can I redeem the rewards?

    You may redeem as many times and as many rewards as your total accumulated top-up amount allows you.

  5. Can I have the flexibility to mix and match the free treats based on my accumulated top-up amount?

    Mix and match of free treats is strictly not allowed. Customer can only redeem the combination of free treats according to the below, as advertised on promotional artworks.

  6. When is the redemption period?

  7. If the print on my receipt(s) has faded, what can I do to redeem the reward?

    The receipt cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen and/or voided.

  8. If I’ve misplace/forgotten to take the top-up receipt, can I request for a reprint? And how do I go about doing it?

  9. If the SAM Kiosk runs out of receipt, and I did not receive a top-up receipt, how can I redeem the free treats?

    Kindly contact SingPost customer service hotline at 1605 to request for a reprint of receipt. SingPost will provide a Certified True Copy of the receipt, which you can bring down for free treat redemption.

  10. I’ve topped up prior to or after the promotion period, can I still redeem the free treats?

    No. Only top-ups during promotion period are eligible for reward redemption.

  11. Can I check on the availability of free treats before going down to a Post Office? How?

    No. Reward vouchers are while stocks last only and redemption is by first-come-first-serve basis only.

  12. Can I call up a Post Offices to reserve the reward vouchers prior to heading down?

  13. Am I eligible for free treats redemption if I top up via SAM web/app?

    No, this promotion is only for top-ups via SAM Kiosks.

  14. Can I accumulate top-up receipts for different StarHub Prepaid mobile numbers?

    No. Only top-ups for the same StarHub Prepaid number can be accumulated.

  15. Is the free treat exchangeable?

    All free treats are not exchangeable whether for cash or in kind.
