    This plan is available to all postpaid mobile customers. Customers will have to sign up a 24-month contract on a 4G 3/4G 4 price plan. StarHub reserves the right to determine a customer’s eligibility to participate in the Monthly Equipment Instalment payment.

  4. How many Monthly Equipment Instalment payment per customer?

    Customers are currently allowed at most 1 mobile Monthly Equipment Instalment payment per Postpaid mobile customer. StarHub reserves the right to determine a customer’s eligibility to participate in the Monthly Equipment Instalment payment.

  5. Could I perform trade-in or use recontract voucher during Monthly Equipment Instalment sign up?

    Trade-in of used handset and/or utilisation of re-contract voucher is not applicable with Monthly Equipment Instalment payment.

  6. What will happen to the Monthly Equipment Instalment payment during mobile line suspension?

    The Monthly Equipment Instalment payment will continue to be payable during mobile line suspension. Hence, customers will continue to receive a Postpaid Bill on the device instalment amount during the mobile line suspension period.

  7. What will happen to the Monthly Equipment Instalment payment if the associated mobile line were transferred?

    Monthly Equipment Instalment payment will be fully borne by the transferor i.e. the original holder of the mobile line and he/she ought to pay off any outstanding instalment amounts in his/her next StarHub Bill.
