Terms & Conditions - 12-month SIM Only FREE Plus 3

 

  1. All prices stated are inclusive of 7% GST.
  2. 12-Month SIM Only plans are available to Postpaid subscribers whose mobile lines are registered under a NRIC or FIN. Subscribers with mobile lines still active with any type of contract commitment will not be eligible to subscribe for the 12-Month SIM Only plan.
  3. Subscribers on 12-Month XL SIM Only plan will not be eligible for the $500 handset upgrade voucher.
  4. A one-time SIM activation charge of $37.45 and a one-time mobile service charge of $10.70 for all new subscriptions to our mobile service voice plans will apply (for the main line).
  5. Relevant documents are to be produced for subscription to mobile services.
  6. Fair usage policies apply for Unlimited SMS/MMS, Unlimited Talktime, and Unlimited Weekend Data.
  7. Unlimited Saturday and Sunday Local Data starts on Saturday 0000 to Sunday 2359. Unlimited Saturday and Sunday Local Data cannot be shared or allocated via the DataShare Value-Added Service.
  8. Free double local bundled data will be valid for the 12 months contract period. Thereafter, the data will revert to the Base Plan’s original local bundled data.
  9. Early termination charges will be applicable for termination of contract commitment as stated in your contract. For details, please visit starhub.com/mobiletnc.
  10. 12-Month SIM Only plan is mutually exclusive and is not applicable with any other discounts or promotions, namely but not limited to Hub Club Discounts/Corporate Discounts/Corporate Individual Scheme Discounts/Partner Plan Discounts (discounts and free Value-Added Services)/Subscription Discounts.   11. Free 6 months Plus 3 is applicable when you re-contract or sign up for a 12-month SIM Only XS/S/M/L/XL plan and valid at point of sign-up.
  12. Valid for the first 6 months upon sign-up, usual monthly subscription of $6 applies thereafter.
