Eligibility

1. This Contest commences on 1 November 2018, 0900 hrs through 30 November 2018, 2359 hrs both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”).

2. This Contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions ("Terms"). Each Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by his or her participation in the Contest, each Participant agrees to be bound by and to comply with the Terms.  Non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms may disqualify a Participant and any prize won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

3. This Contest is open only to StarHub TV customers who are subscribed to Manoranjan Pack and/or Thangam Migai Pack (“Participants”). Participants under the age of twenty-one (21) years old must seek parental and/or guardian consent before participating in this Contest. For Participants who are StarHub customers, they must not have outstanding bills with StarHub and/or its related corporations (collectively referred to as “we” or “us” or “StarHub”))  during the Contest Period and at the time of the selection of the winners. For clarity, Participants are also eligible if their immediate family members are StarHub customers and Participants are living in the same household as such immediate family members.

4. Employees of StarHub, their immediate families (including spouses, children, parents, brothers and/or sisters), any persons professionally associated with this Contest, commercial customers, bulk subscription customers and StarHub mobile prepaid customers are not eligible to participate in this Contest. Winner(s) may be required to sign a written statement confirming their eligibility before prize collection.

Contest Mechanics

5. Participants will have to do the following during the Contest Period:

· To participate in this Contest, Participant must only use his/her own personal Facebook Account and not any other account, including but not limited, a work, third party or shared Facebook Account. StarHub reserves the right to request for certain information or otherwise in order to verify such Participant’s personal Facebook Account.

· Participants will each have to comment with a video of their child singing on the Contest Facebook post on the StarHub Facebook page (“Contest Social Media Post”) for a chance to win.

· Entries can be in the form of video/text/gifs and the most engaging and creative post wins.

· At the end of the Contest Period, 2 winners will be picked from the eligible Participants (“Winners”) based on relevance to contest topic, engaging, originality and creativity at StarHub’ s discretion .

6. Each eligible Participant will be entitled to participate once in the Contest.  Participants shall not submit more than one (1) entry and in the event of repeat submissions, only the latest entry will be eligible for consideration.

Prize

7. Prize

There shall be two (2) Winners of the Prize. The Prize comprises of the following:              

- Two-way economy air tickets for max. 2 Adults and 2 Children to Chennai, Tamil Nadu

- 1x Family-sharing accommodation for 2 Nights

- VIP dinner with Super Singer Junior team (judges and/or contestants)

- Tickets to catch the finale of Super Singer Junior S6 in April 2019

8. StarHub shall not be deemed to be the seller or transferor of the Prize. The Prize shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant sponsors, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize (“Prize Terms”). The Winners agree to be bound by such Prize Terms.

9. The Winners shall not directly or indirectly resell, attempt to resell and/or allow the resale of the Prize in any manner whatsoever. A breach of this clause shall constitute a material breach and shall entitle StarHub to immediately withdraw or reclaim the Prize upon notice and without any liability on StarHub’s part.

10. StarHub reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prize to other Participants or donate any unclaimed Prize or its equivalent value to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization.

11. The Prize, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.

12. StarHub reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter the Prize or any part thereof without prior notice.

13. Acceptance of the Prize shall constitute a release and discharge of StarHub by the Winners from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the Winners may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winners and/or his or her companion as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Contest, Prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

Collection

14. The Winners will be notified via Facebook message, phone or email within five (5) days after the Contest Period by StarHub. In the event a chosen Winner cannot be contacted via phone within twenty-four (24) hours, another Winner will be picked as a replacement.

15. The Prize must be redeemed in accordance with the notification message from StarHub.

16. If a Winner fails to respond in accordance with StarHub’s notification by the deadline specified, that Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.

17. The Winners shall each be required to sign an acknowledgement of acceptance of all the Terms and release of liability form in respect of their use of the Prize, as a condition to their receipt of the Prize.  The terms and conditions of the acknowledgement and release form are not subject to amendment.  In the event of non-compliance with this paragraph, the Winner(s) will be disqualified.  StarHub reserves the right to select another Participant or to cancel the Prize.

Personal Data

18. By participating in the Contest and/or accepting the Prize, each Participant and Winner agrees that StarHub our Strategic Partners and our Preferred Partners may collect and use their personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to StarHub Group partners for various purposes, to facilitate their participation in the Contest and acceptance of the Prize, including contacting them at their Singapore telephone numbers regarding their participation in the Contest. Such personal data may include without limitation a Participant’s or Winner’s name, telephone number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his picture, photographs or likeness.

19. StarHub , our Strategic Partners and our Preferred Partners reserve the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any Participant or Winner in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the Participant or the Winner, or require any Participant or Winner to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities. StarHub may also use such personal data to conduct analysis on the Participant’s/Winner’s use of StarHub products and services to help StarHub improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the products and services offered to StarHub customers.

20. By participating in this Contest, each Participant/Winner consents to StarHub, our Strategic Partners and our Preferred Partners’ collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above.

Others

21. By participating in the Contest and/or accepting the Prize, the Participants / Winners shall release, discharge and indemnify and keep StarHub Group and/or any of their respective employees, directors, officers, third party agents and/or representatives (collectively, "Representatives") indemnified against any and all death, injury, harm, incapacity, trauma, theft or loss (including theft or loss of property), damage, claims and costs, tax liabilities, in any manner whatsoever, suffered and/or incurred by (a) StarHub Group and/or Representatives as a result of the Participant’s and/or Winner’s breach of these Terms, and (b) the Participant, Winner and/or any person related to them (including without limitation, any travel companion) as a result of participation in this Contest and/or utilization/enjoyment of the Prize and/or any act and/or omission pertaining thereto.

22. StarHub's decisions on the Contest and the Winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any individual’s entitlement to participate in the Contest and any Participant’s entitlement to the Prize shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.

23. StarHub is not responsible to the Winners for the redemption of the Prize. StarHub shall not be liable to the Winners for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by the Winners arising out of and/or in connection with the redemption of the Prize.

24. StarHub reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this Contest shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.

25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore save for the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act. (Cap. 53B) which is expressly excluded from application and parties agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
