6) Are there any differences between the 2018 FIFA World Cup Packages to be offered on StarHub TV and on Singtel TV?
There is no difference in the subscription charges for the 2018 FIFA World Cup RussiaTM pack offered by StarHub TV and Singtel TV. The same 2018 FIFA World Cup RussiaTM channels will be shown and these channels will feature the ‘live’ matches at the same time and the replay schedules of the matches will be the same.
However, StarHub postpaid mobile customers will be able to watch the 2018 FIFA World Cup RussiaTM on StarHub Go without incurring data charges. All you have to do is to set your mobile data access point (APN) to SHWAP via your mobile device network settings. Data charges at the prevailing rates may apply to mobile subscribers who access StarHub Go using other various forms of mobile data connections, including limitation 2G, 3G or LTE connections.

11) Will there be any 2018 FIFA World Cup RussiaTM matches available free?
Yes, a total of 9 matches will be available free to all StarHub TV customers on OKTO (HD) on Channel 108. All StarHub TV customers with a HD set-top box will be able to view the 9 matches.

12) I missed the LIVE telecast of the 2018 FIFA World Cup RussiaTM matches. How can I catch up to these missed matches?

For Customers who purchased the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia(TM) Pack on StarHub TV
StarHub TV customers with the 2018 FIFA World Cup RussiaTM Pack can catch up to the missed matches via the yellow button on the main channel, FIFA World Cup Channel One HD (Ch 222).

Do note that Catch Up service is available only to customers with 2 way HD set-top boxes, including:

-   Samsung HD Interactive Set-top box
-   Cisco HD Interactive Set-top box
-   HubStation HD

Also, Catch Up service allows access to past matches on demand on Cable TV and Fibre TV. Matches will be available from 12noon after the end of each match, until 22 July 2018, 12 noon.
