Mobile users who are using a 2G handset will no longer be able to log on to our 2G network to make/receive calls, text and access data services from 1 April 2017.

You may need to change your SIM card depending on the type of 3G / 4G handset you select

M2M users who are using 2G-only devices will no longer be able to log on to our 2G network to access data services from 1 April 2017.

To mitigate any potential disruptions to your business, we would like to encourage you to switch to 3G/4G devices and review your current infrastructure setup. If necessary, you may want to consider upgrading to newer technologies and devices.
