Call Hunting feature

Call Hunting^ is a feature that diverts incoming call from a primary handset to a secondary handset, when customer misses an incoming call on the primary handset.

Scenario 1:
Primary and secondary handsets are both switched ON
Incoming call will go to primary handset. If it is not being answered, Call Hunting will automatically divert the call to the secondary handset. If the call is still not being answered, it will be diverted to VoiceMail (only if customer has VoiceMail service) and the call will end.
Scenario 2:
Primary handset switched OFF, secondary handset switched ON
Incoming call will bypass the primary handset as it's switched off and Call Hunting feature will NOT divert the call to the secondary device. It will automatically be diverted to VoiceMail (only if customer has VoiceMail service) and the call will end.
Scenario 3:
Primary handset switched ON, secondary handset switched OFF
Incoming call will go to primary handset, if it is not answered, Call Hunting feature will NOT divert the call to the secondary handset. It will be diverted to VoiceMail (only if customer has VoiceMail service) and the call will end.

^Call Hunting feature will automatically be activated with MultiSIM service upon sign-up.
