SMS
If you are sending an SMS to an Indonesia number, the sender number reflected on the phone of the person you are calling will be the Indosat mobile number. For SMS sent to a Singapore number or other overseas number, the number shown on the receiver’s phone will be the StarHub Mobile number.

Receiving Calls on your Indosat Number
By default, you will receive calls on your Indosat mobile number in both StarHub and Indosat network. If you wish to receive calls on your Indosat mobile number in other networks (e.g. in other countries), please contact our Customer Care Consultant at 1633.

Unsubscribing The OneSIM Indosat Service
Once you have unsubscribed the service, you will lose ownership of the Indosat mobile number. Should you decide to reactivate the service at a later date, a NEW Indosat mobile number will be assigned to you. Reactivation service fee applies.

Changing SMS Service Setting After Unsubscribing The OneSIM Indosat
Please note that you will have to restore the SMS-c address setting (i.e. SMS service settings) from +65 9854 0045 back to +65 9854 0020 after your request to unsubscribe to The OneSIM Indosat service. This is to ensure that you can continue to send out your SMS the next time you roam into Indosat network in Indonesia.

To change the SMS-c, please access the StarHub Menu from your phone menu for the feature to perform this change.
