  1. Handset promotions advertised on this page are available for online purchase only and are subject to stock availability. Models and colours may not be available due to overwhelming demand

  3. Handset vouchers are not applicable for use with purchase of Star Buys. StarHub Rewards and StarHub Gift vouchers cannot be used for online handset promotions,

  5. Existing StarHub Mobile customers who have completed at least 20 months of their mobile subscription contract are eligible for handset upgrade.
  6. No downgrading of service plan is allowed during the 24-month contractual period otherwise early termination charges will be applicable.
  7. Customers who purchase a 3G handset will automatically be provisioned with a 3G price plan. Customers who wish to sign up to a 2G price plan instead may inform our sales consultant when contacted.

  9. Premiums are not exchangeable for cash and are subject to stock availability. StarHub reserves the right to replace any premium with any item of a similar or lower value
  10. Any request for reservations of handsets shall be subject to StarHub’s absolute discretion. StarHub reserves the right to refuse or reject such reservations without assigning any reason. StarHub also reserves the right to limit the number of reservations.
  11. Customers holding Student Passes, Employment Passes (Category Q2) or Work Permits must apply personally at StarHub Shops. A $200 deposit is required for these customers. Customers who are foreigners are required to fax in their Employment Pass (with minimum 6 months validity), photocopy of passport (with minimum 6 months validity) and proof of billing (last 3 months) before processing of each order.
  12. Prices stated are inclusive of GST.
  13. Subscription to any mobile line bundled with a handset shall be subject to a 24 months contract. In the event of any termination during the 24 months, an early termination charge shall apply.
