How To Add New Content or Customise your StarHub Menu:

1. Via Mobile Phone
   Step 1: Go to StarHub Menu > ‘Category’ > Menu Setting > Reload
   Step 2: You will see ‘Sending Message’, and after the message is sent:
   Step 3: Go to StarHub Menu > ‘Category’ > Menu Setting > Add > Add Service
   Step 4: Once ‘Message Sent’ appears on your mobile screen, you will be able to find the newly added service in your StarHub Menu.
   
   For example, if you wish to add “Jokes” under ‘Lifestyle’ category.
   
   You can go to StarHub Menu > Lifestyle > Menu Setting > Reload then go to StarHub Menu > Lifestlye > Menu Setting > Add Jokes.
   
   You can repeat (i) and (ii) to delete or forward a service to a friend!
2. Via Internet.
   Log in here using your Gee! online account.

Note:

• The enhanced StarHub Menu is supported by the latest StarHub SIM card. For enquiries, please call 1633 or visit any of our StarHub Customer Service Centre.
• A charge of $21.40 is applicable if a SIM card upgrade is necessary.
• For each outgoing SMS request, the normal charge of 5.35 cents (Postpaid) / 5 cents (Prepaid) per SMS applies after the allocated free SMS is utilised.
• The enhanced StarHub Menu is not supported on hiptop ® and Motorola V290.
• Customers can only forward a service to another StarHub customer who already has enhanced StarHub Menu in their SIM cards.
