Change or Reset Voicemail Password

  1. Dial 1303 and log into your mailbox
  2. Press 8 to access your personal option menu
  3. Press 2 to access your password option
  4. Press 3 to modify your password. (4 to 7 digits number)
  5. Press # to confirm the new password

Access your Voice Mailbox to record your name,

  1. Dial 1303 and log into your mailbox
  2. Press 2 for Personalised Your Greeting Menu
  3. Press 5 for Manage Spoken Name option
  4. Press 3 to record your name
  5. Press # to confirm

Access your Voice Mailbox to personalise your greeting,

  1. Dial 1303 and log into your mailbox
  2. Press 2 for Personalised Your Greeting Menu
  3. Press 4 to record your general greeting after the beep
  4. Press # to confirm
