How to make a Video Call

Step 01:

Enter the phone number that you intend to connect to.

Step 02:

Then, press the "Video Call" button to connect to the other party.

When receiving a Video Call

Step 01:

When you have an incoming video call, the phone will indicate the calling party's number or name with a prompt "Answer Video Call?"

Noted: Number will be shown if the person does not have Call Number Non-Display.

Step 02:

Answer "Y" to accept the video call or "N" to reject it.

Note: To make a video call, both the caller and the recipient of the call must be within a 3G coverage zone and using video-call capable handsets. Video calls will be interrupted if one party moves out of the 3G coverage zone.

3. How to make a Roaming Video Call?

To make a video call back home to Singapore with 3G, please check if the country you are going to, support this service. Remember to sign up for the International Roaming service before you leave Singapore.
