    You can sign up to Samsung Concierge with purchase of the Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+.

  2. How much does Samsung Concierge cost?

    You can sign up for Samsung Concierge at a one-time fee of $38 (including GST) from any StarHub Shop or StarHub Exclusive Partner, at the point when you are re-contracting or applying for a new 2-year postpaid mobile plan with the purchase of an eligible Samsung Galaxy device.

  4. Where can I sign up for the Samsung Concierge?

    You can sign up for the Samsung Concierge at any StarHub Shop or StarHub Exclusive Partner.
    The Samsung Concierge one-time fee of $38 (including GST) will be charged upfront at the point of purchase of eligible Samsung Galaxy device with new or recontract of a 2-year postpaid mobile plan. There is no refund.

  5. Who is eligible to sign up for Samsung Concierge?

    Samsung Concierge is applicable to Individual, Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) customers,who sign up or re-contract to a new 2-year postpaid mobile plan. Samsung Concierge must be purchased together with an eligible Samsung Galaxy device.

  6. When can I sign up for Samsung Concierge?

    You can sign up for Samsung Concierge at the point of purchase of eligible Samsung Galaxy device with new or recontract of a 2-year postpaid mobile plan. There is no refund if you do not utilize the features of Samsung Concierge.

  7. I have bought an eligible handset which does not come with a 2-year postpaid mobile plan with StarHub. Can I take up Samsung Concierge?

    No. The Samsung Concierge has to be purchased with a 2-year postpaid mobile plan.

  8. I have a Multi SIM/ SharePlus/SIM Only Plan/Prepaid Card. Can I sign up for Samsung Concierge for any of these lines?

    No. Each Samsung Concierge is tied to one 2-year postpaid mobile price plan, with purchase of an eligible Samsung Galaxy device. You can only sign up for Samsung Concierge on your main 2-year postpaid mobile plan.

  9. Can I terminate my Samsung Concierge service?

    No. Do note that the original one-time fee will not be pro-rated or refunded to you.

  10. What will happen to my Samsung Concierge service in the event that my StarHub mobile postpaid line is terminated/suspended/ transferred to another party?

    Your Samsung Concierge will be terminated automatically and you will not be able to enjoy any of the benefits.

  11. Will I get a refund if I did not use any of the services offered under the Samsung Concierge?

    No. The one-time payment cannot be refunded.

  12. What is the Samsung Concierge Hotline?

    The 24-hour hotline for Samsung Concierge is 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726 7864).

  13. Can I purchase Samsung Concierge after I purchased the eligible device and signed up for a contract?

    No, Samsung Concierge has to be purchased together with your eligible device at point of sign up with your 24-month contract.

  14. Can I sign up for SmartSupport and purchase Samsung Concierge together?

    Yes, but we do not recommending purchasing the 2 together as your registered device IMEI may differ from your replacement device after utilizing the replacement features on SmartSupport and/or Samsung Concierge.

  15. I recently bought an eligible device. Can I sign up for Samsung Concierge with Samsung?

    No, Samsung Concierge has to be purchased together with your eligible device at point of sign up with your 24-month contract.

  16. Why can't I purchase Samsung Concierge with an eligible device on the online store?

Early Recontract Fee Waiver with Samsung Concierge

  1. What do I need to do to enjoy the Early Recontract Fee Waiver?

    To enjoy Early Recontract Fee Waiver with Samsung Concierge, you must fulfill the following conditions:

    • Recontract to a new 24-month voice contract with purchase of a new Eligible Purchase Device.
    • Return your Samsung Concierge registered device in good condition.

     

  2. What conditions does my device need to be in to enjoy Early Recontract Fee Waiver?

    Your device must fulfill the following conditions:

    • No cosmetic damage i.e no broken casing, screen, severe scratch, wear and tear or corrosion.
    • No liquid damage.
    • Device must be able to power on and off.
    • Any applicable phone lock (password or finger print) must be disabled.
    • Device must be able to charge.
    • When device is powered on, the display must be clear and fully visible.
    • Device does not have any missing or non-original parts.
    • Device includes original battery, power adaptor and cable.
    • Device is not registered on any applicable stolen or lost property database.

     

  3. What is StarHub doing to ensure my personal data is wiped from the device?

    We recommend that you reset your device to factory settings and remove all person data prior to returning your device at StarHub. Our vendors will be performing another device reset using professional software to ensure your personal data is wiped from the device.

  4. Will StarHub refund any residual value of my device above the $300 Early Recontract Fee Waiver?

    No, StarHub will not recognize any residual value of the device beyond the $300 Early Recontract Fee Waiver.

  5. Can I enjoy a refund if I do not utilize the Early Recontract Fee waiver of Samsung Concierge?

    The original one-time fee will not be pro-rated or refunded to you.

  6. Where can I enjoy the Early Recontract Fee Waiver benefit?

    You can utilize the Samsung Concierge Early Recontract Fee Waiver benefit at StarHub shops. You can locate them here.

  7. Can I use a replaced or swapped Samsung Galaxy S7/7edge device to enjoy the Early Recontract Fee Waiver benefit?

    Yes, you can.

  8. Can I utilize the Early Recontract Fee Waiver benefit and Hub Club Annual Upgrade concurrently?

    No, the Early Recontract Fee Waiver and Hub Club Annual Upgrade is not stackable.

  9. Can I utilize the Early Recontract Fee Waiver benefit with my recontract voucher?

    No, the Early Recontract Fee Waiver and recontract vouchers are not stackable.

  10. Can I utilize the Early Recontract Fee Waiver benefit with Mall Shopping vouchers or StarHub Shop Vouchers concurrently?

    Yes, you can.

  11. Can I utilize Early Recontract Fee Waiver benefit and purchase a new eligible new device on StarHub Monthly Equipment Installment?

    Yes, you can.

  12. Could I choose to trade in my device instead of utilizing the Early Recontract Fee Waiver benefit?

    Yes, you can but this will be subject to the current trade in value of the device.

  13. Do I need to purchase a new Samsung Concierge subscription when I utilize Early Recontract Fee Waiver benefit.

    Yes, you will have to do so.
