1. Appointment for the booking of the Handset is subject to your mobile services eligibility for sign up/renewal and is not transferable.
2. Eligible customers will be invited to book their Handsets at staggered timeslots.
3. Booking of Handsets for each timeslot is on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to stock availability.
4. Once your booking form is submitted successfully, you will not be allowed to make any changes or resubmit another form.
5. Only 1 booking is allowed per NRIC/FIN and email address. Multiple bookings made with the same NRIC/FIN and/or email address will be voided.
6. In the event that you are not available to receive the Handset you have booked (and accessories, if applicable) at the chosen delivery date and time slot or if it is not collected within your selected date & timeslots, we shall reserve the right to forfeit your Handset and to release the same to other Customers. StarHub shall have no liability to you under such circumstances.
7. Pre-order Exclusive is only available to registered customers who manage to reserve an appointment and sign up to a 2-year mobile contract with the advertised handset. The pre-order exclusive for Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a free memory upgrade. Customers who purchased during pre-order, will be entitled to a Samsung Galaxy Note9 512GB unit at the price of a Samsung Galaxy Note9 128GB.Pre-order exclusive is available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
8. The Early Recontract Scheme is applicable to you if you are renewing your mobile service between the 13th to 21st month of your mobile contract. If you do so, you will be subject to an Early Recontract Fee of $300.
9. Customers holding Student Passes, S Passes or Work Permits are required to pay a deposit of amount between $200 and $800 for their postpaid mobile sign-up.
10. A SIM card activation fee of $37.45 and a one-time mobile service charge of $10.70 for all new subscriptions to our mobile service voice plans will apply (for the main line). For renewal of your mobile line with a NEW TriSIM card, an activation fee of $37.45 applies. An administrative fee of $10.70 per re-contracting mobile line shall apply
11. The applicable handset pricing for the Handset is conditional on your signing up for a 2-year StarHub Mobile voice and data subscription contract.
12. All outstanding balance(s) of your account(s) with StarHub and/or its Affiliates must be paid in full prior to booking for the Handset.
13. Trade-in of mobile handset/device will not be applicable for this online booking.
14. StarHub Rewards and Gift vouchers are not applicable for this online booking.
15. Booking of handset is not available with other discounts, promotions, special packages or offers, unless specified by StarHub.

Delivery Option Terms & Conditions:
1. Please note that a full payment for the Handset, Early Recontract Fee and/or deposit (whichever applicable) is required for delivery option. Once payment is made, order is considered final, no change/refund is allowed thereafter.
2. Subscriber must be present in person with a print out of the order email confirmation and original NRIC/FIN during delivery to receive the Handset and sign the mobile service contract, otherwise the delivery will be aborted.
3. Delivery is within main Singapore island only.
4. Reschedule of delivery will be allowed at a charge of $12.84 per truck roll. Notwithstanding such arrangement, StarHub gives no assurance to you that Handset for which payment has been made and which remain undelivered after the agreed delivery date, remain in stock.
5. In the event that additional deposit is required, we may schedule (or re-schedule) your delivery to allow for the deposit collection.
6. Your 2-year mobile contract and selected subscription fees will commence from the selected delivery date.
7. We may, at our absolute discretion, use a third party delivery contractor to deliver the Products to you and that delivery of the Products will be subject to the terms and conditions of contract between us and the delivery contractor.
8. Any delivery times quoted by us are only estimates and no guarantee or warranty is made by us or our delivery contractor that an order will be delivered with the quoted delivery times. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery of any Products or Services, howsoever caused.
9. Delivery service do not include device set-up, configuration and/or data transfer. Customers may approach the handset manufacturer for any assistance.
10. StarHub reserves the right to reject any order, by notification and shall have no liability to you under such circumstances.
Collection Option Terms & Conditions:
1. Subscriber must be present in person to present email confirmation and original NRIC/FIN during collection of Handset and sign the mobile service contract, otherwise the collection will not be fulfilled.
2.CIS customers are to present their staff pass during collection of handset to enjoy CIS benefits
3. $200 OFF handsets: Promotion is applicable for customers who has a OCBC credit/debit card and payment must be made by OCBC card. Promotion is valid till 31 August 2018. Handsets discount is applicable on prevailing 2-year pricing and cannot be enjoyed with other promotions unless otherwise stated. Applicable for new sign-up to a 2- year S/M/L/XL mobile plan. Not applicable for recontract. Available at StarHub Shop @ OCBC Bank orchardgateway #B1-12, StarHub Shops, Exclusive Partner Outlets and via hotline (1630). Not available for sign-ups via the online store. For transactions via 1630, please quote the 1st 6 digits of your FRANK/OCBC Credit or Debit Card number for verification. Not applicable for customers on Corporate Individual Scheme and BRN customers.
3. Only 1 booking is allowed per NRIC/FIN and email address. In the event that multiple bookings are made with the same NRIC/FIN and/or email address, the booking made under the collection option will be voided.
4. Collection of Handset venue is only applicable to the location that you have chosen during the booking. No change of collection venue is allowed.
5. Changes to the model colour and capacity of Handset is not allowed during collection.
6. In the event that additional deposit is required, payment will be collected during collection of Handset, otherwise the collection will not be fulfilled.
7. Your 2-year mobile contract and selected subscription fees will commence from the collection date.
8. Trade-in of mobile handset/device to StarHub is only applicable upon a new sign up or recontract.
