Registration of Interest is not applicable for BRN customers.
Registration of Interest is not a confirmation from StarHub that the advertised handset (“Handset”) has been secured for you. StarHub will send you an email/SMS notification for pre-order of the Handset at a later date. Booking invitation will be subject to your eligibility for mobile services sign-up or recontract. Only those who have registered their interest will receive an email notification from StarHub.
All outstanding balance(s) of your account(s) with StarHub and/or its Affiliates must be paid in full prior to submitting your registration of interest of the Handset.
Eligible Customers will receive an email invite to pre-order of the Handset at staggered timeslots. Each customer is given one chance to reserve an appointment. Within each time slot, reservation of the Handset is first-come first-served and whilst-stocks-last basis.
Once your Registration of Interest is submitted successfully, you will not be allowed to make any changes and/or resubmit another form.
In the event that you are notified of your chance to make a reservation, the NRIC/FIN and mobile number (if applicable) for booking has to be the same as the NRIC/FIN and mobile number (if applicable) used for Registration of Interest.
The applicable pricing for the Handset is conditional and dependent on your signing up for a StarHub Mobile voice subscription plan for 2 years.
Pre Order Gift (if any) is only available to registered customers who manage to reserve an appointment and sign up to a 2-year mobile contract with the advertised handset.
