1. I received an email invitation from StarHub to do an online booking for iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will I be guaranteed a set?
Customers who have registered their interest and are eligible for mobile sign up or renewal will be invited to book a collection appointment at staggered timing. Booking of the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max for each timeslot will be based on first-come-first serve basis and while stocks last.

2. When will I receive an email invitation from StarHub to do an online booking for iPhone XR?
The register of iPhone XR’s interest is still on-going, we will be sending you an email soon!

3. My friend received an email invitation for online booking for iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max but I did not receive any. Can I do the booking too?
No, the online booking is for customers who have previously registered their interest and are eligible for mobile sign up or renewal for the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max with StarHub.
 
4I registered my interest for the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max with StarHub, but did not receive any booking invitation. What should I do?
There may be a few reasons you have not received your booking invite. 
o    In most instances, our booking invite may have been directed to your email’s promotion/junk/spam mail folders. 
o    Your inbox is full and our email has bounced.
o    You may have entered a wrong email address in your registration.
o    Your provider’s mail server may be experiencing heavy loads and delayed the delivery of our booking email.
 
5I want to change to another mobile line to complete my booking/ I want to change the model of device/ I want to change the Delivery or Collection date, can I amend my booking details?
No, once the form is submitted, you are unable to make changes to it. Alternatively, you may choose to walk-in to any of our StarHub Shops or StarHub Exclusive Partners to purchase a different handset model and/or different mobile line from 22 September onwards. Please check starhub.com/iphone for stocks availability.
 
6. Can I book more than one phone?
No, each customer is only entitled to book one collection appointment for one phone. Alternatively, you may choose to walk-in to any of our StarHub Shops or Exclusive Partners to purchase a different handset model and/or with a different mobile line from 22 September onwards.
 
7. What are the payment modes available for Online Booking?
Visa and Mastercard are both accepted for Online Booking.
 
8. Can I renew my existing mobile line with the new iPhone?
You may choose to sign up or renew your mobile contract with our NEW mobile plans.
 
9Can I use my Hub Club annual upgrade benefits for early recontract fee waiver?
Yes, you may use your Hub Club annual upgrade benefits if you have not utilized it in the last 12 months. Please visit starhub.com/hubclub for more details. 
 
10. Can I recontract my mobile line which is under bill rebate?
Yes, you can renewal your mobile line with a 2-year mobile plan but you will not be able to enjoy your bill rebates anymore.
 
11. Can I use the StarHub re-contract voucher when renewing my StarHub Mobile line?

12. Can I use my StarHub Rewards and Gift vouchers?
StarHub Rewards and Gift vouchers are not applicable for this online booking. Alternatively, you may walk-in to our StarHub Shops and StarHub Exclusive Partners from 22 September onwards to purchase the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max or 27 October onwards for the iPhone XR with your StarHub Rewards and Gift vouchers. 13. Can I trade in my existing phone when I buy the new iPhone?
Trade-in of mobile handset/device will not be applicable for this online booking. Alternatively, you may walk-in to our StarHub Shops and StarHub Exclusive Partners from 22 September onwards to purchase the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max or 27 October onwards for the iPhone XR with your StarHub Rewards and Gift vouchers. 14. What is the internal memory capacity for the new iPhones?
The iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will be available in 64GB, 256GB and 512GB.
The iPhone XR will be available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB.
 
15. What colours are available for the new iPhones?
The iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will be available in are available in Space Grey, Silver and Gold at launch.
The iPhone XR will be available in are available in (PRODUCT)RED, Yellow, White, Coral, Black and Blue at launch.
 
16. When will I be able to get an eSIM from StarHub to use on the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max?
We are still working with Apple to introduce this eSIM feature to our customers in the future.
