    To register your interest for the iPhone X with StarHub, please visit starhub.com/iphone-x. Registration will close when all slots are taken up.

  2. When can I purchase the iPhone X with StarHub?
    Customers who have registered their interest and made successful bookings will be able to collect/receive their devices from 3 November 2017. Alternatively, customers can walk in to any StarHub Shop or StarHub Exclusive Partners from 3 November 2017.

  3. How much will the iPhone X cost with StarHub?

  1. I received an email invitation from StarHub to do an online booking for iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will I be guaranteed a set?
    Customers who have registered their interest and are eligible for mobile sign up or renewal will be invited to book a collection appointment at staggered timing. Booking of the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus for each timeslot will be based on first-come-first serve basis and while stocks last.

  2. My friend received an email invitation for online booking for iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus but I did not receive any. Can I do the booking too?
    No, the online booking is for customers who have previously registered their interest and are eligible for mobile sign up or renewal for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus with StarHub.

  3. I registered my interest for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus with StarHub, but did not receive any booking invitation. What should I do?
    There may be a few reasons you have not received your booking invite.
    - In most instances, our booking invite may have been directed to your email's promotion/junk/spam mail folders. 
    - Your inbox is full and our email has bonced. 
    - You may have entered a wrong email address in your registration.
    - Your provider’s mail server may be experiencing heavy loads and delayed the delivery of our booking email.

  4. I want to change to another mobile line to complete my booking/ I want to change the model of device/ I want to change the Delivery or Collection date, can I amend my booking details?
    No, once the form is submitted, you are unable to make changes to it. Alternatively, you may choose to walk-in to any of our StarHub Shops or Exclusive Partners to purchase a different handset model and/or different mobile line from 22 September onwards. Please check starhub.com/iphone for stocks availability.

  5. Can I book more than one phone?
    No, each customer is only entitled to book one collection appointment for one phone. Alternatively, you may choose to walk-in to any of our StarHub Shops or Exclusive Partners to purchase a different handset model and/or with a different mobile line from 22 September onwards. Please check starhub.com/iphone for stocks availability.

  6. What are the payment modes available for Online Booking?
    Visa and Mastercard are both accepted for Online Booking.

  7. Can I renew my existing mobile line with the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus?
    You may choose to sign up or renew your mobile contract with our NEW mobile plans.

  8. Can I use my Hub Club annual upgrade benefits for early recontract fee waiver?
    Yes.

  9. Can I recontract my mobile line which is under bill rebate?
    Yes, you can renewal your mobile line with a 2-year mobile plan but you will not be able to enjoy your bill rebates anymore.

  10. Can I use the StarHub re-contract voucher when renewing my StarHub Mobile line?
    You may use your re-contract voucher. 

  11. Can I use my StarHub Rewards and Gift vouchers?
    StarHub Rewards and Gift vouchers are not applicable for this online booking. Alternatively, you may walk-in to our StarHub Shops from 22 September onwards to purchase the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus with your StarHub Rewards and Gift vouchers. Please check starhub.com/iphone for updates.

  12. Can I trade in my existing phone when I buy the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus?
    Trade-in of mobile handset/device will not be applicable for this online booking. Alternatively, you may walk-in to our StarHub Shops and selected Exclusive Partners from 22 September onwards to purchase the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus with the trade-in of mobile handset/device.

  13. What is the internal memory capacity for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus?
    The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will be available in 64GB and 256GB.

  14. What colours are available for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus?
    iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are available in Space Grey, Silver and Gold at launch.
