What is a Hub iD?

New to StarHub? The Hub iD is an email address that you register with us and your single login credential to all StarHub digital platforms (app and web). With one iD for everything, you can access all things StarHub, even on the go!

If I’m not a StarHub customer, can I have a Hub iD?

Glad to share that you can set up a Hub iD to explore StarHub services and products on our online store and the StarHub App.

How do I create a Hub iD?

You can easily create your Hub iD via the StarHub App.

  • Download the StarHub App.
  • Open the app and tap "Sign up here".
  • Fill in the details and tap "Sign up" upon completion.
  • You’ll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) via the email address you registered. Enter the code and tap "Verify".
  • You’ll see a confirmation message on the next page when your Hub iD is successfully created.

Alternatively, you can create your Hub iD on the web.

  • Go to www.starhub.com/hubid.
  • On the homepage, click on "Sign up".
  • Fill in the details on the "Create Hub iD" page and click "Next" upon completion.
  • You’ll receive an OTP via the email address you registered. Enter the code and click "Submit".
  • You’ll see a confirmation message on the next page when your Hub iD is successfully created.

Tip: Ensure that your email address is not associated to any existing Hub iD.

Can I create more than one Hub iD?

All you need is ONE Hub iD to manage all the StarHub services under your name!

Are the creation and usage of Hub iD free of charge?

Happy to share that creating and using the Hub iD is absolutely free!

Why am I seeing an error after clicking the activation link sent to my email?

The activation link may have expired or there might be a new account creation request that was sent and disabled the previous link. We encourage you to try creating your Hub iD again, then immediately check for the latest activation email in your inbox and open the new activation link from there. Also, please ensure that your email address is not already linked to a Hub iD account.



Managing My Hub iD

I forgot my Hub iD, what should I do?

You can easily retrieve your Hub iD via StarHub App. Just follow these steps:

  • Open the StarHub App and choose “I already have an account”.
  • Click “Forgot login iD?”
  • Enter the required details and submit.
  • You’ll see a page showing only a part of your Hub iD to keep your information private and secure. You can request for a reminder email to be sent to you if you want to view your full Hub iD.

I forgot my Hub iD password, what should I do?

You can easily reset your Hub iD password via StarHub App. Just follow these steps:

  • Open the StarHub App and choose “I already have an account”.
  • Tap “Forgot password?”
  • Enter your Hub iD.
  • You’ll see a prompt informing you that your Hub iD password has been sent to your email address. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Can I change my Hub iD?

Yes, you can easily change your Hub iD via StarHub App.

  • Log in and tap “More” (you’ll see this at the bottom right of the screen).
  • Tap “Manage account” and select a service.
  • Tap on the pencil icon beside your email address.
  • Enter the email address you want to set as your new Hub iD and submit.
  • Click on the activation link sent to the email address you’re setting up as your new Hub iD to complete your request.

How do I change my Hub iD password?

It’s easy! You can change your Hub iD password via StarHub App.

  • Log in and tap “More”.
  • Tap “Manage account”.
  • Select a service.
  • Tap “Change password”.

Can my family members have their own login accounts to manage their mobile services even if they’re not the main account holder?

Yes, all StarHub Postpaid mobile customers can log in to the StarHub App with their StarHub mobile number to view their usage and manage some mobile services.

Will my Hub iD get deactivated if I don’t use it?

Your Hub iD will automatically get deactivated if you no longer have any active StarHub services and it’s not used to log in to any StarHub app or website for more than 6 months.

How do I keep my Hub iD active?

To keep your Hub iD account active, simply maintain any StarHub service.


If you no longer have an active StarHub service, you’ll need to log in to the StarHub App, My Account, or our online shop at least once every 6 months.


If your Hub iD has been deactivated, you can create another one using the same email address.

If my Hub iD has been deactivated, can I set up the same email address to be my Hub iD again?

Yes, you can set up your Hub iD again using the same email address.

What will happen to my Hub iD if I terminate all my StarHub services?

Your Hub iD will remain active for you to access selected StarHub online services. However, it will be deactivated if it’s not used log in to any StarHub app or website for more than 6 months.

I have trouble logging in using my Hub iD. What should I do?

If you’re unable to log in to our apps or websites using your Hub iD and your account has been disabled due to multiple failed login attempts, please reset your Hub iD password.


In case you’re a Fibre TV customer who just upgraded to TV+, log out from your set-top box and log in again with your Hub iD about 3 hours after the installation.


If you’re a new TV+ customer, do log in to your set-top box or app using your Hub iD 3 hours after the installation.



Deleting My Hub iD

How do I delete my Hub iD?

To delete your Hub iD, please chat with us via Facebook or Whatsapp.

Alternatively, you can request your Hub iD to be deleted via StarHub App.

  • Log in using your Hub iD.
  • Tap on “More”.
  • Tap on “Manage account”.
  • Select a service.
  • Select “Delete Hub iD” and follow the steps.

Can I delete my Hub iD if I still have active StarHub services?

No, you cannot delete your Hub iD if you still have active StarHub services. Your Hub
iD serves as your single login credential to all StarHub digital platforms (app and web), and you need it as an identifier for your account(s) with us and to manage your services online.


Deleting your Hub iD will not terminate your StarHub services. For information on how
to terminate your services, click here.

How long will it take before my Hub iD gets deleted?

Your Hub iD will be deleted immediately from the time your request is processed by our agents.

Can I use the same email that I requested to be deleted before should I decide to create a Hub iD again?

Yes, you can.

Can I cancel my request to delete Hub iD?

Once our agent has processed your request to delete your Hub iD, you cannot cancel it anymore.

You can create a new Hub iD instead using the same email as before.

What will happen after my Hub iD is deleted?

Your Hub iD serves as your single login credential to the StarHub App, My Account,
and StarHub TV+ app and website. Without your Hub iD, you will not be able to log in to these digital platforms.
