When you subscribe to StarHub Mobile, TV and MaxOnline services, you will be automatically registered as a Hub Club member under these eligibility criteria:

• All the 3 services - StarHub Mobile Postpaid, TV and MaxOnline must be registered under the same subscriber name, NRIC/FIN and residential address.
• StarHub TV and MaxOnline services must be registered under the same account.
• Business-registered customers are not eligible for Hub Club Membership.
