Terms and Conditions for General Promotion:

1. Promotions are applicable to homes connected to StarHub’s cable network with reverse signal for 2-way interactivity.
2. Promotions are mutually exclusive, and are not applicable with other promotions.
3. Promotions are applicable to new or existing MaxOnline and/or CableTV subscribers with no promotional contract or outstanding bills with StarHub.
4. Renewal of contract Terms and Conditions apply.
5. An activation fee of $32.10 is chargeable for the activation of each new MaxOnline Plus plan, unless otherwise stated.
6. ^^SIM card charge of $37.45 applies.
7. **Free till 31 December 2009. To enjoy these free services, subscription to MaxOnline must be maintained.
8. ##Valid till 31 December 2010. Not applicable to customers on Digital Voice contract. A voice-enabled cable modem or integrated access device is required. A service activation fee of $42.80 applies for each Home Phone Line.
9. ⁺⁺With 100Mbps-ready cable modem (DOCSIS 3.0).
10. Installation or service call is chargeable at $53.50 per computer connection and is limited to the installation of cable modems with USB connection only.
11. The free HubStation rental discount is applicable to new and existing StarHub CableTV customers who do not have a HubStation. Discount is limited to $8.56 per month and will be credited to customers’ account monthly for 3 continuous months. Normal billing resumes thereafter.
12. In the event that the StarHub CableTV service is suspended, the promotional discounts will not be given during the suspension period.

Terms and Conditions for Free Sports Group Promotion:

1. Promotion is valid till such date that StarHub shall determine.
2. Customer signing up to a NEW 2 year PowerValue 700/PowerTalk II/PowerTalk Ultimate mobile packages will enjoy free 12 months sports group subscription. Not applicable with mobile port-in incentives, mobile acquisition vouchers, direct mailers and Star Buy handsets
3. Customer signing up to MaxOnline Premium Plus/ MaxOnline Premium will enjoy free 24 months CableTV sports group subscription.
4. A minimum contractual period of 24 continuous months to MaxOnline Premium Plus/ MaxOnline Premium residential monthly access plan is required, otherwise a Promotional Early Termination Charge of $642.00 applies.
5. Sports Group discount is limited to $26.75 per month and will be credited to customers’ account for 24 continuous months.
6. Free Sports Group discount is not transferable and must be under the same NRIC/FIN, service/billing address and/or account number as the mobile and/or MaxOnline service. Other Terms and Condition apply.

Terms and Conditions for HubStation Upgrade Promotion:

1. Promotion is valid from 28 August 2009 till a date determined by StarHub.
2. Promotion is applicable to active StarHub CableTV Sports Group customers who:

• are subscribing to the new StarHub CableTV subscription plan with minimum 3 Basic Groups;
• do not have a HubStation as of 27 August 2009; and
• do not have outstanding bill due to StarHub.

3. Promotion is limited to 1 set per residential customer account.
4. Customer’s residential home must be connected to StarHub’s cable network with reverse signal for 2-way interactivity signal.
5. The 50% discount for Hubstation is limited to $25.68. The 50% discount for HubStation as main outlet is given as a $4.28 credit and will be credited to the customer’s account monthly for 6 continuous months. For HubStation as additional outlet, the monthly 50% discount is given as a $8.56 credit and will be credited to the customer’s account monthly for 3 continuous months. Thereafter, prevailing rates apply. In the event if the service is suspended, the promotional discounts will not be given during the suspension period.
6. The discount credit for HubStation is:

• non-exchangeable for cash or benefit-in-kind;
• neither refundable nor transferable; and
• cannot be used to offset any outstanding balance and/or previous month’s subscription.

7. Unconsumed portion of the discount credit will be forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any benefit-in-kind.
8. Customers will automatically be billed the full rate at the end of the promotion.
9. Installation fee of $32.10 for TV connection or $53.50 for TV and PC connection applies where applicable. An additional $16.05 applies for each subsequent HubStation install on the same trip and at the same service address.
10. Delivery of HubStation without installation is chargeable at $12.84 per trip at the same service address where applicable (not applicable to Box Swap/RemoteControls /Smart Cards/Accessories/Telescope/DTTV).
11. The Free 1Mbps Broadband Internet Access with HubStation is valid till 31 December 2010 only.
12. To access Digital Voice Home service using HubStation, customers are required to subscribe to the respective services at StarHub’s prevailing rates and purchase an Integrated Access Device (IAD). StarHub’s prevailing terms & conditions for Digital Voice Home apply.
13. All prices quoted are inclusive of 7% GST. If the GST rate is revised, the prices will be revised accordingly.
14. Promotion is not applicable to StarHub Digital Terrestrial TV, Commercial and Bulk Subscription customers, and StarHub employees on StarHub Employee Plan.
15. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to sign up for the promotion is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. StarHub TV is part of StarHub CableTV services. The use of StarHub CableTV services is also subject to StarHub's Terms and Conditions for Info-communications Services and Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub CableTV which can be viewed at www.starhub.com.
16. StarHub reserves the right to revise any of these terms and conditions (including pricing plans) at its discretion without prior notice. Subscription to this promotion and continued use of StarHub CableTV services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions (including revisions thereof).
