IDD 018 / Special IDD 018 Rates promotion

  1. IDD 018 Hubber rates are applicable for IDD 018 calls made from StarHub Mobile postpaid (including PowerValue price plans), and Digital Voice Home/Digital Voice Travel to the list of selected destinations.
    IDD 018 Hubber rates are also applicable to StarHub CableTV and MaxOnline subscription based residential customers who make IDD 018 calls from their StarHub-IDD registered SingTel fixed line, SingTel mobile and/or M1 mobile lines.
  2. To be eligible for IDD 018 Hubber rates, StarHub CableTV and MaxOnline customers must have an active account with StarHub and continue to have an active account with StarHub for the duration of the IDD 018 Hubber rates promotion.
    StarHub CableTV and MaxOnline customers' StarHub IDD-registered Residential SingTel fixed, SingTel mobile and/or M1 mobile lines must also be registered under the same NRIC/FIN as per their CableTV and/or MaxOnline account.
    StarHub CableTV and/or MaxOnline customers who terminate all cable services under their account will immediately cease to enjoy IDD 018 Hubber rates.
  3. For new activations, IDD 018 Hubber rates will take effect approximately 2 days after StarHub IDD services have been activated on the new lines.
  4. IDD 018 Hubber rates are only applicable for call made from Singapore to overseas using IDD 018 access code service and are NOT applicable to :
    • StarHub Mobile customers roaming overseas;
    • Overseas visitors roaming on StarHub Mobile's network;
    • StarHub-registered Business SingTel fixed line, Business SingTel mobile and Business M1 mobile;
    • StarHub-registered Residential SingTel fixed line, SingTel mobile and M1 mobile without CableTV or MaxOnline service;
    • StarHub HomeConnect card (prepaid international calling card);
    • StarHub PSTN/ISDN;
    • All payphones regardless of service provider;
    • All other service providers' prepaid SIMs and/or prepaid calling cards;
    • 1635 operator-assist; and
    • any other call origination types (apart from those stated in paragraph 1 above).
  5. IDD 018 Hubber rates are effective till such date as determined by StarHub.
  6. Different charges apply for calls terminating to registered mobile lines in the country, unless otherwise stated.
  7. Prevailing local mobile airtime charges shall apply at all times.
  8. Charges will be calculated based on StarHub's records. StarHub's records shall be final and conclusive evidence of the duration of each call.
  9. StarHub's decision is final pertaining to all issues of this promotion.
  10. StarHub reserves the right to change any part of this promotion, including the terms and conditions of this promotion, from time to time without notice.
  11. StarHub General Terms and Conditions and the relevant Service Specific Terms and Conditions located at www.starhub.com shall apply.

INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE SERVICES, CALLS TO MALAYSIA AND INDONESIAN BORDER TOWNS

  1. Services
    1. In this Section, Services refer to International Services provided by StarHub Pte Ltd for customers who opt to use StarHub’s International Services but have chosen to retain their direct exchange lines and/or mobile telephone lines through another Service Provider(s)
    2. To apply for the Services, you must have a direct exchange line and/or mobile telephone line from another Service Provider(s). We may allow you to register for Services through line(s) that do not belong to you but you agree that you will solely be responsible for obtaining the relevant consent from the owner(s) of the line(s) and for the payment of all charges incurred further to the Services.
    3. If you do not make use of the Services for a significant period, we may suspend or end the Services.
  2. Other Service Providers
    1. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer by the use of your direct exchange line and/or mobile telephone service with another Service Providers(s) or any other services offered by another Service Provider(s)
    2. If you terminate your direct exchange line and/or mobile telephone line registered for the Services, you must inform us immediately to end the Services
    3. You must inform us immediately, and in any case within 24 hours, in writing or via fax where:
      • There are changes to your mobile telephone number or Service Provider; or
      • Your mobile number or SIM card is lost or stolen.

You agree that until we have been notified of the above, you shall continue to be responsible for all Charges incurred for the lines registered with us.
