What are the rates for StarHub’s Directory Enquiry service?
With effect from 1 January 2004, StarHub Digital Voice customers will pay 60 cents (exclude GST) for each Directory Enquiry call. However, we are offering 3 free Directory Enquiry calls per user per month for a period of 6 months starting from 1 January 2013.
What are the alternative directory enquiry and assistance services available?
There are other existing directory search tools that are easily available on the internet. You can check the listed business telephone number via eGuide Singapore or the Greenbook.

Alternatively, you can refer to the Greenbook (CD ROM) which are distributed free-of-charge to all fixed-line subscribers.
