StarHub TV Anywhere

  1. StarHub TV Anywhere ("service") is available to active StarHub CableTV customers who:
    • are subscribing to minimum 3 Basic Groups;
    • do not have outstanding balance due to StarHub.
  2. Upon subscription of the service, you will be able to access your subscribed channels ("StarHub TV Anywhere channels") in your CableTV account on other TV Anywhere platforms, if such channels are available on the other platforms. Current available platform includes:
    • Internet TV at www.starhubtvanywhere.com is accessible on PC/Mac and Android devices with Flash Player, as well as iOS devices
  3. You need a valid Hub ID that has been linked with your CableTV account in order to have access to your StarHub TV Anywhere channels on other platforms.
  4. You are able to access TV Anywhere channels offered by this service via any Internet connection within Singapore.
  5. Content offered through this service cannot be accessed via Internet connections outside of Singapore.
  6. You will not be able to access StarHub TV Anywhere channels when the account is dunned.
  7. You are only allowed 1 single viewing session per logged-in Hub ID. If you log in to a new session, your previous session would be automatically logged out.
  8. The service is free for all customers till 31st December 2013. However, data charges at the prevailing rates may apply to mobile subscribers who access StarHub TV Anywhere using various forms of mobile data connections, including without limitation 2G, 3G or LTE connections
  9. The quality of StarHub TV Anywhere channels streams depends on the Internet connection mode and speed, and we are unable to guarantee any quality-of-service for any video streaming. Please refer to our FAQ at http://www.starhub.com/content/support/tv/faq/starhubtvanywhere.html for more information.
  10. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to sign up for this service is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. StarHub TV is part of StarHub CableTV services. The use of StarHub TV services is also subject to StarHub's Terms and Conditions and Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub TV.
  11. StarHub reserves the right to revise any of these terms and conditions (including pricing, TV Anywhere channels availability) at its discretion without prior notice. Subscription and continued use of StarHub TV services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions (including revisions thereof).
