From 8 November 2011, there will be a new software update to the HubStation and HubStation HD. All customers with HubStation or HubStation HD can update the software version by powering off and on the main power supply to the set-top box.

Some of the key updates are as follow:

1. Customers will be able to access the On Demand catalogue directly via ‘Movies On Demand’ or ‘Shows On Demand’ through the main menu (under On Demand)
   
   

   To access the groups:
   Press MENU on your remote control and select On Demand. Once selected, you will have the option to access the catalogue via ‘Movies On Demand’ or ‘Shows On Demand’

   
   
2. While watching your favourite TV in Standard Definition, you can now access simulcast High Definition channel instantly simply by pressing the RED button on your remote control.

   To access:
   Press INFO on your remote control, and the info bar will be displayed. Select info by pressing the GREEN button and the parental rating will be reflected.
   
   

4. To ensure controlled access, we have incorporated additional second PIN entry when confirming the purchase of R21 On Demand programme.
