    StarHub currently offers a range of set-top boxes to suit the varying needs of our customers. The energy consumption ranges from 0.01 kilowatts hour to 0.02 kilowatts hour.

  2. Will StarHub be looking at ways to improve the energy consumption of the set-top boxes?

    StarHub is always on the lookout to provide our customers with a better overall experience when using our products and services. To reduce the rate of energy consumption, we encourage you to put your set-top boxes on standby mode when not in use. Alternatively, you can also switch off the box when the set-top box is not in use.

  3. What is the energy consumption of the set-top boxes and how much is it in terms of cost?
