  2. When will Telescope be delivered each month?
    The monthly issue of Telescope will be delivered between 26th of 30th of the prior month.

  3. How will I benefit from subscribing to the Telescope?
    Subscribers will enjoy both worlds of cable programming and lifestyle content all housed inside one magazine. Subscribers will also have access to participate in the attractive promotional giveaways and/or contests.

  4. Why are VV Drama and selected E City episodic synopses only available on Telescope?
    The VV Drama and selected E City episodic synopses are now only available on Telescope. This is part of an arrangement to position Telescope as your one stop access to your world class entertainment. Telescope is a monthly magazine not to be missed.

  5. How can I go about subscribing to the Telescope?
    You can subscribe to Telescope by logging into ‘My Account Manager’ at www.starhub.com/mam or by calling our Customer Care hotline at 1633.

  6. Is my Telescope subscription valid for a year? Do I have to renew my existing subscription?
    Your existing Telescope subscription will only cease upon your notification to StarHub of your decision to stop subscribing to Telescope. You do not need to renew your existing Telescope subscription.

  7. When will I receive my first issue after successfully subscribing to the Telescope?
    Customers will be able to receive their Telescope within 5 days from your successful subscription.
