Roaming

Activation of International Roaming or Pay-As-You-Roam

To stay contactable via calls, SMS or access to your emails (i.e. via Data Roaming) on your mobile device, please ensure that International Roaming or Pay-As-You-Roam has been activated on your mobile service.

  • Subscription/activation of International Roaming and Pay-As-You-Roam
    • Registration is $10
    • Monthly Subscription is $8

Contact Us While Roaming

If you lose your mobile phone or SIM card, call our Customer Care Consultants immediately to suspend the service. Please visit our Customer Service Centre to reactivate the service within 30 days. Otherwise, the service will be terminated.

How to activate (phone settings)

Phone Settings

  • For Autoroam: Switch on your mobile phone so that your location can be updated on StarHub's Roaming Partner's network. It will automatically select the network with the strongest signal.
  • For Manual Roam: Set your mobile phone to "Manual Selection" and it will display all the networks available in that area. Please refer to your mobile phone user manual for more instructions to carry out manual selection.

Retrieve Voice Messages

To retrieve your voice messages while roaming:
1. Dial +65 9850-1303.
2. Key in your StarHub Mobile number followed by #
3. Key in your password when prompted (default password is 8888).
4. You may now access your voice messages.
