You'll need a 3G-enabled mobile phone and a 3G SIM Card before you begin your 3G experience. Insert the 3G SIM card into your 3G-enabled mobile phone and you are ready to go.
If you wish to upgrade your StarHub Mobile SIM Card to a 3G SIM, please visit any StarHub Shop (except IMM Shop) or Customer Care Centre.

How to make a Video Call:
3G offers both voice and video capabilities. No special configuration is
required to make video calls. Some 3G-enabled handsets have a unique video-call
button for quick access.
To make a video call, both the caller and the recipient of the call must be
within a 3G coverage zone and using video-call capable handsets. Video calls
will be interrupted if one party moves out of the 3G coverage zone.
