1. The Preferred Tourist Prepaid SIM card comes with 90-day expiration.  It will expire if no top up is done prior to the expiration date. 
2. With each top up, (regardless of top up mode) the Preferred Tourist Prepaid SIM card expiry will be extended a further 90 days from date of top up.

By using this software, including any third party software made available in conjunction with this software (collectively, “YS Guide Mobile Application”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

In these Terms and Conditions, the YS Guide Mobile Application and all related content and services provide thereunder shall be referred to as the ‘Services’.

1.Agreement:
By accessing the YS Guide Mobile Application and the Services, and more specifically by clicking on "Yes" on your mobile phone, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to accept the following Terms and Conditions, and any modifications or alterations that STB shall in its sole discretion make from time to time.

2. Service Provider:
The Services and the YS Guide Mobile Application are offered to you in the English language. The Services consist of the provision to you of a software application to enable you to access and view the content on the YS Guide Mobile Application together with any other third party content made available to you under the YS Guide Mobile Application (“Content”).  Such Content may be modified by STB from time to time.

3. Access Charges:

4. Start Date of Services:
Your subscription to the Services commences on the date you accept these Terms and Conditions, as you are able to receive the Content immediately.

5. Cancellation:
You may uninstall the YS Guide Mobile Application at anytime if you desire to stop receiving the Services.

6. Intellectual Property:
You acknowledge that the STB or third parties own all rights, title and interest in and to the YS Guide Mobile Application service, Content, software and portions thereof, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights.

"Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, and any and all other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide.

You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from YS Guide Mobile Application.

7.Copyright Marks:
You also agree not to remove, obscure, or alter STB’s or any third party's copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through the YS Guide Mobile  Application.

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified STB, its affiliates and each of our respective officers, directors, employees, owners, agents, contractors, partners, information providers and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liability, demands, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) (whether or not foreseeable or avoidable) incurred or suffered by any of such parties and any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened arising out of or in connection with your use of the YS Guide Mobile Application, the Content (including, without limitation, any third party content) or any other Services provided through the YS Guide Mobile Application

9.Disclaimer of Warranties:
While STB has exercised all reasonable skill and care and endeavours to ensure that the Content on the YS Guide Mobile Application is accurate, STB and any third party who makes its software available in conjunction with or through YS Guide Mobile Application makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of the Content, and disclaims any responsibility for any loss or damages resulting from your use of the YS Guide Mobile Application and/or any third party software accessed in conjunction with or through YS Guide Mobile Application.

The Content and any third party software made available in conjunction with or through the YS Guide Mobile Application are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranties whatsoever.

STB and such third parties expressively disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied and statutory warranties, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights.

You further understand and agree that you download and/or use the YS Guide Mobile Application and all third party software made available in conjunction with or through the YS Guide Mobile Application at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any loss or damages to your mobile device system or computer or loss of data that results from the download of use of YS Guide Mobile Application and/or all third party software.

The YS Guide Mobile Application may contain links to websites and microsites operated by third parties that are not under STB’s control and are provided to you for your convenience only. STB makes no warranties or representations whatsoever about any such site which you may access through the YS Guide Mobile Application or any services or products that they may provide.

Without limiting the foregoing, these linked sites are not in any way approved, checked, edited, vetted or endorsed by STB and you agree that we shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the content, advertising, products or services available from such linked sites, their suitability, accuracy, compliance with relevant laws or accessibility of any information, data, advice or statements or for the quality or functionality of any products or services available on such sites or for any transactions, dealings or arrangements that you may have, or the consequences of such transactions, dealings or arrangements with such third party site operators. 

Should you choose to access any third party sites which are beyond our control, you do so at your own risk. You agree that any use of any such third party site may be subject to your acceptance of additional terms and conditions of a third party. 

11. Alteration to the Services and Terms and Conditions:
STB may amend all or part of the Services at any time. You acknowledge that STB can withdraw any information, data or content forming a portion of the YS Guide Mobile Application or the Services, or cease providing the YS Guide Mobile Application or the Services entirely at any time, without liability and without prior notice for any reason whatsoever.

STB may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without liability and without prior notice for any reason whatsoever.  For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be entitled to any damages or compensation whatsoever or howsoever arising as a result of such alteration or cancellation of the Services and the Terms and Conditions.

12. Interruption of Services:
You understand and acknowledge that the transmission of information through telecommunications channels is unpredictable in nature and depends on, amongst other issues inter alias, (i) third party telecommunications operators and (ii) the proper maintenance of your receiving equipment.

While STB endeavours to ensure that the YS Guide Mobile Application is normally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, STB gives no guarantee of the continued availability and quality of reception of the YS Guide Mobile Application. 

STB shall not be liable if for any reason if the YS Guide Mobile Application is unavailable at any time or for any period, in particular, access to the YS Guide Mobile Application may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

You acknowledge and agree that STB and/or STB's designated representative(s) shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused directly or indirectly by the interruption of all or part of the Services in the case of force majeure, nor loss of profits, contracts, reputation, nor for any consequential loss of any kind. For the avoidance of doubt, STB does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused from its negligence.

13. Non-transferable rights:
The rights to use the Services are personal to you, and you may not transfer or assign to a third party any of your rights and obligations as defined in these Terms and Conditions or any other document containing any other terms and conditions in relation to the YS Guide Mobile Application.

14. Governing law:
The usage of the YS Guide Mobile Application and all the Terms and Conditions are governed and shall be construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
