Happy $128 Top-up Card

  • With each Happy $128 top-up made on GREEN Prepaid, customers will receive:
    • $100 worth of Local Services balance for Local SMS and Local voice calls (Excluding calls to 1900/LDD/15xx)
    • $28 worth of International Services balance for Global SMS and IDD 008/018 calls (Inclusive of local airtime charges of an IDD call)
      IDD calls made using 15xx prefix is not applicable.  IDD and local call charges made using 15xx prefix will be deducted from main wallet balance.
  • Charges for IDD calls (inclusive of the local airtime charge for the duration of IDD 018 calls to one of the free IDD 018 destinations) will be deducted from the International Services balance.
  • These bonuses are only applicable to top-up made via Happy $128 Top-up cards.
  • For any local SMS or local calls made, the deduction will be made based on this order (where applicable):
    1) Any existing FREE Bundled SMS or Bonus Airtime balance
    2) Happy $128 Local Services balance
    3) card's main balance
  • Once any of the Happy $128 balance has been used up, the relevant charges will be deducted from the card's main balance.
  • The Happy $128 bonus balance will expire in 50 days from the day of top up. To roll over any unused Happy $128 value, customer will have to do another Happy $128 top-up.
  • If the customer does not do a Happy $128 top-up within the 50 days, the Happy $128 balance will expire and all subsequent charges will be deducted from the card's main balance instead.
  • StarHub will not, in any circumstances, entertain any claim for a refund of the balance remaining in any prepaid mobile card account.
  • Top-up made using Happy $128 Top-up card will not be eligible for FREE Bundled SMS and Credit.
  • Customers who are enjoying Happy $128 bonus value can activate FREE Incoming Calls but the one time activation fee and daily fee will be deducted from the card's main balance. After the aforesaid deduction, card must contain a minimum balance of $1 in order for customers to activate FREE Incoming Calls and keep the on-demand FREE Incoming Calls status active. If card's main balance is insufficient, customers must top up the card's main balance in order to enjoy the aforesaid.
  • All existing promotions (e.g. promotional IDD rates) and features (e.g. FREE 10 Local/Global SMS with 5 sent daily) offered on GREEN Prepaid service will still be applicable with Happy $128 Top-up unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers are fully responsible for the use of their GREEN Prepaid cards, and in no circumstances shall StarHub be held liable for any loss, expense or damage that customers may suffer.
  • StarHub reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at its discretion without prior notice. Use of the service will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.
  • Unless explicitly stated herein, StarHub's General Terms and Conditions and Service Specific Terms and Conditions as stated on www.starhub.com shall apply.
