General

• The Happy Prepaid SIM card comes with $18 main credit balance and 180-day validity from the day of activation.
• To extend the Happy Prepaid SIM card, user must top-up the SIM card prior to expiration.
• Upon successful top-up, the prepaid SIM card's validity will be extended for 180 days from the date of top-up.
• You agree to use the Services in accordance with our prevailing policies, guidelines, instructions, notices and directions.
• If your SIM card is lost or stolen, there will be no replacement of the lost SIM nor retain the prepaid mobile number.  
• There will be no refund of any remaining credits or balances of the lost SIM card should the Happy Prepaid SIM card is lost or damaged.
• In addition to these terms and conditions, the service is also subject to StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions and applicable Service Specific Terms and Conditions at www.starhub.com (collectively “Terms and Conditions”).
• StarHub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions (including pricing) at its absolute discretion and without notice. Use of the Service will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.
• StarHub reserve the right to withdraw, revise or otherwise amend these mobile prepaid services, Happy Prepaid SIM cards, top up cards and their terms and conditions at its discretion and/or to terminate any users without prior notice.
• StarHub will not, in any circumstance, entertain any claim for a refund of the balance remaining in any of the mobile prepaid services, cards, top ups. In no circumstance shall we be liable for any loss, expense or damage that users may suffer.
  
  FREE Local/Global SMS Daily
• This Promotion is available until such date as specified by StarHub.
• 5 Local SMS sent can be from both free bundled SMS and/or chargeable SMS from customer's Happy Prepaid account
• 5 SMS sent must all be local or Global SMS to be awarded the 10 free Local or 50 Global SMS. The free SMS cannot be a combination of Local SMS and Global SMS.
• Customers will only be awarded 10 free Local or 50 Global SMS once each day when they have sent 5 local and/or Global SMS.

For Free Local SMS

• 10 Free local SMS awarded before 10pm within the day must be utilized by 2359 hours within the same day. Otherwise, any unused free SMS will be forfeited and will not be carried forward to the next day.
• 10 Free local awarded after 10pm within the day will be valid till 2359 hours the next day. Unused free SMS will not be carried forward to the 3rd day.
  (Note: customers will still be entitled to another 10 Free local SMS after depleting the free local SMS on the next day with 5 local SMS sent.)

For Free Global SMS

• 50 free Global SMS awarded must be used by 2359 hours on the same day customers are awarded the free Global SMS. All unused free SMS for the day will be forfeited and will not be carried forward to the next day.

FREE 10MB mobile local data plan (Only applicable to $15 SIM & $50 SIM only)

• This Promotion is available until such date as specified by StarHub.
• The Happy Prepaid SIM shall come with 10MB MaxMobile Value Prepaid and which shall be valid for 3 days from the date of card activation.
• The 10MB will expire:
  • when data usage has reached 10MB; or
  • 3-day validity period has expired.
• Data charges will be deducted from the main wallet of the Happy Prepaid SIM when the 10MB  of data has been used up or is no longer available.
• All unused data will expire at the end of the 3 day validity period. However, if an activation of  a data plan is completed before the expiration date, any unused data will be carried forward until the next expiration. The maximum data cap is at 100MB.
• In addition to these terms and conditions, the service is also subject to StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions and applicable Service Specific Terms and Conditions at www.starhub.com (collectively “Terms and Conditions”).
• StarHub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions (including pricing) at its absolute discretion and without notice. Use of the Service will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.

Free Incoming Calls for 18 days

• This promotion makes available Free Incoming Calls for 18 days for every top-up of $18 and above (“Promotion”).   
• This Promotion commences from 9 October 2012 until such date as determined by StarHub.
• Only StarHub Prepaid customers who have made a top-up of a minimum of $18 and above to their main wallet account are eligible to participate in this Promotion. Customers on Senior's Plan will be eligible for this promotion at a later date.
• This Promotion is applicable for local incoming voice calls only.
• Customer needs to key *114# SEND to activate the 18 days of Free Incoming Calls.
• The Free Incoming Calls will be available for the period of 18 days upon activation and must be within 30 days from the date of top-up (“Free Incoming Calls Validity Period”) - commencing from the time of the eligible top-up (irrespective of the time in the day that the top-up is performed) until the respective time of top up on the last day of the Free Incoming Calls Validity Period.
• Customer will have to perform another top-up of at least $18 and activate before the expiry of the Free Incoming Calls Validity Period should they wish to continue to enjoy Free Incoming Calls for another 18-day period. 
• In the event of multiple top-ups of at least $18 each are performed, customer is eligible to continue enjoying the promotional free incoming Calls for the respective Free Incoming Calls Validity Periods on a cumulative basis, up to a maximum of 54 days at any one time.  
• StarHub may amend, vary or withdraw this Promotion at any time with or without notice to you.
• In addition to these terms and conditions StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions and the relevant Service Specific Terms and Conditions apply (collectively “Terms and Conditions”).

FREE Incoming Calls

• On-demand Free Incoming Calls feature is open to all StarHub Mobile Happy Prepaid customers
• A fee of 59¢ will apply for each activation (including re-activation) of on-demand Free Incoming Calls feature.
• A daily deduction of 59¢ will apply upon activation of On-demand Free Incoming Calls feature
• A minimum of $1 after the necessary deduction is required to activate FREE Incoming Calls and also to keep the on-demand FREE Incoming Calls status active. 
• On-demand Free Incoming Calls feature is only applicable to calls received in Singapore.
• In addition to these terms and conditions, the service is also subject to StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions and applicable Service Specific Terms and Conditions at www.starhub.com (collectively “Terms and Conditions”).
• StarHub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions (including pricing) at its absolute discretion and without notice. Use of the Service will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.

Existing FIC Value-added service customers:

• In the event that the customer is an existing subscriber of the Free Incoming Calls value-added service, the daily subscription fee will not be charged during the Free Incoming Calls Validity Period.
• Upon expiry of the Free Incoming Calls Validity Period, the prevailing subscription fee of $0.59 per day for the free incoming Calls value-added service shall resume automatically unless the customer makes another top-up amount of at least $18.
  
• Happy Stars Top-up card customers:
• In the event that customer topped up his prepaid card with the $17 Happy Stars or $25 Happy Stars Plus top up cards before or after he performed a top-up of at least $18, the 30-day free incoming calls under the Happy Stars top-up will take precedence.
• Upon expiry of the Happy Stars top up card 30-day free incoming calls period, the Free Incoming calls for 18 days Promotion will continue until the expiry of Free Incoming Calls Validity Period.
  

Per Second Billing

• This promotion is available until such date as specified by StarHub
• First minute block charging applies. Billing for local voice call is based on 1st minute (or part thereof) at 22 cents, and 8 cents per minute thereafter on a per second basis.
