  1. What is Push Stock?
    Push Stock is a free mobile application that is developed by StarHub which allows StarHub Mobile postpaid customers to keep informed of stock price & trends on their mobile while on the go.
    No subscription and activation fee is needed for the Push Stock application, however data charges apply when accessing within the application.
  2. Do I need to subscribe to Push Stock application?
    There is no subscription and activation fee needed to use Push Stock application. StarHub Mobile postpaid customers can simply sms <PS> to 6757 or access StarHub Gee! WAP portal to download the application for free. However data charges applied when accessing within the application.
  3. Who can use the Push Stock application?
    Any StarHub Mobile postpaid customer with Push Stock supported handset application can download the application for Free.
    However, data charges apply when accessing within the application.
  4. Do I need to pay data charge to use Push Stock application
    Yes, data charges apply when accessing within Push Stock application. However, customer can subscribe to our MaxMobile or Blackberry data plan to enjoy data charges capped at $36.38/mth.
    Also, usual roaming GPRS charges will apply when the service is used overseas. Click here for roaming GPRS charges.
  5. How do I know if my phone supports the Push Stock application?
    Currently, Push Stock application is already preloaded in all Blackberry Bold (SW ver 4.6.0.162 & above), Blackberry Storm 9500 (SW ver 4.7.0.122 & above) and Samsung Omnia 2 handset.
    For the full list of Push Stock supported handset, you can visit StarHub website at www.starhub.com/pushstock to check if your phone is supported with Push Stock application.
  6. My phone supports Push Stock application based on StarHub’s list of supported handsets, can I download the application for free?
    If your phone supports Push Stock application based on StarHub’s list of supported handsets, you can download the application for free by sms <PS> to 6757 or access StarHub Gee! WAP portal. However, please take note that usual GPRS charges will apply when accessing within the application.
  7. My phone supports Push Stock application based on StarHub’s list of supported handsets but I am unable to download the application, what could be the problem?
    There could be various reasons why you might not be able to download the Push Stock application.
    Please check that you have activated Gee! on your mobile number and also your mobile phone GPRS settings are correct before trying again. You will need to select "GEE! 3G/GPRS" access point in order to download Push Stock application.
    Second, download may fail depending on the browser used to view the Push Stock download WAP page. (Eg. Might not work efficiently on Opera or Internet browser on Blackberry.) Alternative, you can try using any alternative browser available on your mobile phone to view the Push Stock download WAP page.
  8. I cannot seem to log into my Push Stock application, what could be the problem?
    Please check that you have activated Gee! on your mobile number and also your mobile phone GPRS settings are correct before trying again. You will need to select "GEE! 3G/GPRS" access point in order to use Push Stock application.
  9. Will I see any error message prompt if I tried to download the application without using supported handset or I can still download the application?
    Yes, you will receive any error message indicating "Sorry your phone does not support this application, please check the compatible phone list in order to enjoy the service" when you try downloading the application without using Push Stock supported handset.

  10. Will my data consumption increase if I add a long list of stocks under my Push Stock watchlist?
    Yes, data consumption may increase depending on the number of stocks in your Push Stock watchlist. However, customer can subscribe to our MaxMobile or Blackberry data plan to enjoy data charges capped at $36.38/mth.
  11. What is the access point to be used for accessing Push Stock?
    You will need to select "GEE! 3G/GPRS" access point to use the Push Stock application.
    Please take note that access to Push Stock application is not supported by connecting via Wi-Fi.
