Mobile Service - Multi-Party Call

  1. How many parties can I connect in a Multi-party Call?
    Including yourself, you can have up to six participants in a Multi-Party call.
  2. Can one party be a conference member of 2 different groups?
    Yes, if you are not the initiator of the Multi-Party call, you can be a member of a maximum of two multi-party calls.
  3. Can I initiate more than 1 Multi-party Call group?
    No, anyone with the Multi-Party Call service can only initiate one Multi-Party Call group.
  4. Can Party A call Party B, followed by Party B calling Party C and so on, to connect up a Multi-party Call?
    No, only the originating caller can initiate and add parties to the Multi-Party call.
  5. What happens if I put a Multi-party Call on hold?
    When you put a Multi-Party Call on hold, the rest of the Multi-Party Call participants continue with the call. You are able to make another incoming/outgoing call.
  6. If I am now engaged in a Multi-party Call, how do I receive an incoming call?
    To receive an incoming call during a Multi-Party Call, simply press 'YES' to accept the incoming call.
  7. Can I add an incoming call into the Multi-Party Call group?
    You can only add an incoming call into the Multi-Party Call group when your Multi-Party Call group (including yourself) has less than 6 participants. After receiving the incoming call, simply press 3 followed by call key to connect the new caller to the existing Multi-Party Call group.
