MaxOnline Plus Discount Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion is valid till such date, as StarHub may determine, and is applicable to new MaxOnline subscriptions, or existing MaxOnline customers not on any promotional contract or outstanding bills with StarHub.
  2. A minimum contractual subscription period of 24 continuous months to MaxOnline Value Plus / MaxOnline Express Plus / MaxOnline Premium Plus / MaxOnline Ultimate Plus is required, otherwise a Promotion Early Termination Charge as follows will be imposed. This charge is also applicable in the event of any plan upgrade/ downgrade/ change of promotion or move from Cable to Fibre plans or vice versa.

All prices are inclusive of 7% GST.

  1. The discount off the monthly subscription is valid only for 24 continuous months. Thereafter, prevailing rates apply
  2. A MaxOnline activation fee of $32.10 is chargeable for the activation of each new MaxOnline access plan.
  3. Promotion is not valid with other in-house offers or packages unless specified by StarHub.
  4. Offer is only applicable to homes connected to StarHub's cable network with reverse signal for 2-way interactivity.
  5. Customer must be 18 years old and above.
  6. For all sign-ups, customers are required to purchase their own Mobile Broadband Modem for this promotion.
  7. Digital Voice service activation fee of $42.80 applies for each Home Phone Line.
  8. The free Digital Voice service is valid till 31 July 2012 and is given to StarHub CableTV/MaxOnline customers on condition the service is maintained active during this period, free service will cease when the StarHub CableTV/MaxOnline service is terminated and customers will be billed accordingly.
  9. Each Customer is only eligible for a single complimentary Digital Voice Home service per service address (comprising of the waiver of the monthly subscription fee of $10.49), regardless of the number of MaxOnline/MaxInfinity or StarHub TV services subscribed.
  10. Last day of installation is within 14 days from the date of sign-up.
  11. MaxOnline subscription starts on the day of cash and carry or the date of installation.
  12. Offer cannot be used to offset existing subscription charges or outstanding balances nor exchangeable for cash or benefit-in-kind and is non-refundable.
  13. Promotion is not applicable for corporate customers on employer-paying schemes or master-account bulk paying arrangements or landed homeowners on the Landed Connection Fee Plan who are enjoying complimentary MaxOnline service.
  14. MaxOnline Plus Access Plan and the free Mobile Broadband service is available and must be registered under the same NRIC/FIN.
  15. MaxOnline Plus Access Plan is available for new sign ups or recontract for existing MaxOnline Access Plan customers who are not on any promotional contracts.
  16. A StarHub 3G SIM Card (USIM) is required in order to enjoy the Free Mobile Broadband service.
  17. To enjoy free Mobile Broadband service, a Mobile Broadband modem is required. MaxOnline Plus Access Plan must be active to be eligible to enjoy the free Mobile Broadband service.
  18. Free Mobile Broadband service will be registered under the same account if customer already has existing mobile line and may be affected by non payment of mobile line subscription charges.
  19. Free Mobile Broadband service is not eligible for any handset upgrade or any promotional handset offers that StarHub may offer unless otherwise stated.
  20. Unlimited usage for the free Mobile Broadband service is only applicable for local data charges.
  21. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to participate and/or receive the offer is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
  22. The free premium(s) must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of cash & carry or the installation date of MaxOnline service, failing which, the free premium shall be forfeited.
  23. The free premium(s) is/are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and StarHub reserves the right to replace the brand and model of the premium(s) with other hardware(s) of equal or lower value.
  24. StarHub will not be responsible for any defects in the free premium(s) or if applicable, any items which customers may have connected to the free premiums(s). The free premium(s) is/are covered under and subjected to the terms of warranty from the relevant manufacturers.
