Terms and Conditions

$18 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM Card

  1. $18 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM may be used for data access purpose(s). There is strictly no voice capability on MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM.
  2. Each $18 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM allows up to 5 consecutive days of internet access with up to 2GB local data bundle, subject to the fair usage policy set out in these terms and conditions. Data usage commences from the activation of the Prepaid Internet SIM as set out in paragraph 4 below.
  3. Each MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM must be registered before use. StarHub may decline acceptance of your application for the purchase and/or registration of the MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM at our discretion.
  4. $18 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM makes available a download speed of up to 7.2Mbps. $18 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM and the 5 consecutive days of Internet access of up to 2GB local data daily is activated upon insertion of the SIM card to an internet device and access to data connection . Charging of all data plans are based on 24-hour clock cycle.
  5. A fair usage policy of 2GB per day applies to the data plans. Accordingly, if you exceed an aggregate of 2GB of data usage for a day, you will no longer be able to access data for that day
  6. The MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM is valid for 180 days from activation. Thereafter, the MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM must be topped up at least once every 180 days, failing which the MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM will expire. Find out how to top up the value of your Prepaid Internet SIM.
  7. Usage for MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM only applies to local data traffic.
  8. Each MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM, once sold, is not refundable. Every MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM also has no surrender value, and StarHub will not allow any refund of any unused portion of the value of a MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM, whether before or after its expiry.
  9. You are responsible for the use of the MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM with your USB Dongle and other devices.
  10. In addition to these terms and conditions, the use of the MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM will be subject to StarHub's General Terms & Conditions and specific Terms and Conditions for mobile and mobile data services (collectively "StarHub Terms and Conditions"). StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions (including pricing and the fair usage policy) at its discretion from time to time. We endeavour, where reasonably practicable, to give you reasonable advance notice of such changes. We will notify you of such changes through written notice, electronic mail, our bill, our website or such other form as we may deem appropriate. You agree that the display of any revised StarHub Terms and Conditions on our website will constitute notice of the changes. Your continued use of the Services (including the MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM) will constitute acceptance of the changes.

$32 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM Card

  1. $32 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM may be used only for SMS and data access purposes. There is strictly no voice capability on $32 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM.
  2. Each $32 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM has a stored value of $32 and free 20 local SMS.
  3. Each MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM must be registered before use. StarHub may decline acceptance of your application for the purchase and/or registration of the MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM at our discretion.
  4. $32 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM makes available a download speed of up to 7.2Mbps. $32 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM is only activated after a data plan is selected. Charging of all data plans are based on 24-hour clock cycle.
  5. A fair usage policy of 2.2GB per day applies to all unlimited data plans. Accordingly, if you exceed an aggregate of 2.2GB of data usage for a day, you will no longer be able to access data for that day.
  6. All charges for data access and SMS made on $32 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM will be deducted automatically from the balance stored value thereof.
  7. The MaxMobile Prepaid Mobile Internet SIM card and its balance will be valid for 180 days from activation. The MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM must be topped up at least once every 180 days, failing which the MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM and its balance will expire.   8. Usage for MaxMobile Prepaid Internet data plan only applies to local data traffic.
  9. Each MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM, once sold, is not refundable and has no surrender value. StarHub is not obliged to refund, and will not allow any refund of any unused portion of the value of a MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM, whether before or after its expiry.
